I have always had a flat stomach but recently I have noticed that I have a small belly pouch and I want to get rid of it I'm 45 kgs and 16 years old So ima update y'all Day 1: ✅ is was hard but I did it my legs were sore .....no difference Day 2:✅ the excercises were alot easier .... Very little difference Day3:✅ did it twice yesterday it really helps my stomach pouch is hardly visible Day4:✅ gonna do this everyday twice

I can safely say this is the most affective lower belly workout I’ve ever tried,and I’ve tried a lot and don’t feel anything in my lower abs,have been only doing this for 4 days and I’m at 54kg just planning on losing that annoying little pouch I’ll update in a week!

Same. It’s from your legs being weaker than abs. Same will happen if your back hurts while doing ab exercises too, it just means it’s weaker. I suggest working on specific exercises for your legs to strengthen them because that makes the ab exercises so much more efficient :)

only these workouts won't help because targeting fat is based on your genetics. So if you don't see a change, try visiting a nutritionist. Abs are indeed made in the kitchen. Also, you may be sensitive to some foods like milk, lactose intolerant. This also may be the reason you have a bloated belly. Drink water, stay safe and take care

Day 2: Done- A little easier this time, but I couldnt complete the videos fully because my stomach was sore. Day 3: Woke up today and saw very noticeable results- my lower belly fat was almost gone! Hello💞 I LOVE this workout and have been doing it for some days now, but I cant seem to get my legs straight in the air, does it have something to do with flexibility?? And can i somehow do something about it?💕🦋
Day 1: I still can barely do leg lifts without arching my back and stopping between each exercises, remember not to put your hands underneath your back because this will only hinder the effectiveness of the exercise. Just spread your hands to the side & focus on breathing to crunch the core muscles even if your core is weak and back is arching just try going as low as you can. Find other variations to the exercises, for example I have locked knees so I didn’t force my legs to extend fully during leg drops & leg lifts. Condition your body to go through the motions & take note of the timings you reached your limit to. ✅ Day 2: Honestly not much difference, just that the exercises were as equally difficult when trying to go lower because the legs and lower back will engage when the lower abs are tired, my back still arches sometimes. Though leg lifts got a little easier, toe taps, walking scissor, Y-leg lifts & seated crunch could not be held out for too long my back either arched or I dropped completely 😢 ✅ Day 3: My legs are particularly tired today for some reason, work was very tiring too but I still finished the exercises, I had trouble with Y-legs and seated crunch clap still ✅ Day 4: I realise I didn’t improve, my strength was ridiculously the same if not worse. I’m not sure what went wrong but when I try to push myself to engage my core and abs my back started arching. Very disappointed in myself ✅ Day 5: I didn’t improve again, might give up because of how hard it is. Sometimes I question if I’m doing it right ✅ Day 6: I’m not seeing any improvements whatsoever ✅ Day 7: Didn’t do it ❌ Day 8: Did it, fairly better honestly not sure if it’s because I took a break ✅ (I will have a 3 day leadership camp after this so it will take 3 days off from this exercise 😢) Day 12: I’m back from camp guys, when I did this again I found out my lower back is in pain & arched a lot. I thought of skipping but after doing a lower back pain workout for a while and came back I completed it (with breaks ofc) ✅ Day 13: Skipped, I was lazy ❌ Day 14: I did it again but my back kept arching, I tried practicing the correct form but my shoulders arched too and my legs cramped often ✅ Day 15: Done ✅ Sorry guys I know I have been inactive, my weight is now 49.55kg, I tried to continue the workout again today but I had hip joint pain from earlier workout so it was a challenge, I’ll rest today.

Is it necessary to do any type of diet with this workout? I want have diet with this workout so can you suggest any type of diet that we can do with this workout or just we can eat fruits vegetables salad and all please reply to my question it would mean a lot and will help me
I recommend seeing a nutritionist. Diet plans don't go for everyone. Someone can eat 2 hamburgers in a sitting and can still look slim, but also someone else can eat 1 hamburger and look fat. It's all about your genetics and body type. And if you cant afford a nutritionist, just ignore eating junk food and you will be fine
Ahhh @hailey....u said, "lying down" exercises. 🙈 Among some injuries i came into in my last line of work, soon as the "seated crunches" popped up i was like, "noo, she said all lying down." 💔 I was excited about the abs lying down, aside from not being able to do the Y leg lifts.....until you went and said, "sit up half way..." 😢😂🙈

Just spread your hands to the side & focus on breathing to crunch the core muscles even if your core is weak and back is arching just try going as low as you can. Find other variations to the exercises, for example I have locked knees so I didn’t force my legs to extend fully during leg drops & leg lifts. Condition your body to go through the motions & take note of the timings you reached your limit to. ✅
Day 2: Honestly not much difference, just that the exercises were as equally difficult when trying to go lower because the legs and lower back will engage when the lower abs are tired, my back still arches sometimes. Though leg lifts got a little easier, toe taps, walking scissor, Y-leg lifts & seated crunch could not be held out for too long my back either arched or I dropped completely 😢 ✅
Day 3: My legs are particularly tired today for some reason, work was very tiring too but I still finished the exercises, I had trouble with Y-legs and seated crunch clap still ✅
Day 4: I realise I didn’t improve, my strength was ridiculously the same if not worse. I’m not sure what went wrong but when I try to push myself to engage my core and abs my back started arching. Very disappointed in myself ✅
Day 5: I didn’t improve again, might give up because of how hard it is. Sometimes I question if I’m doing it right ✅
Day 6: I’m not seeing any improvements whatsoever ✅
Day 7: Didn’t do it ❌
Day 8: Did it, fairly better honestly not sure if it’s because I took a break ✅ (I will have a 3 day leadership camp after this so it will take 3 days off from this exercise 😢)
Day 12: I’m back from camp guys, when I did this again I found out my lower back is in pain & arched a lot. I thought of skipping but after doing a lower back pain workout for a while and came back I completed it (with breaks ofc) ✅
Day 13: Skipped, I was lazy ❌
Day 14: I did it again but my back kept arching, I tried practicing the correct form but my shoulders arched too and my legs cramped often ✅
Day 15: Done ✅
Sorry guys I know I have been inactive, my weight is now 49.55kg, I tried to continue the workout again today but I had hip joint pain from earlier workout so it was a challenge, I’ll rest today.

Is it necessary to do any type of diet with this workout? I want have diet with this workout so can you suggest any type of diet that we can do with this workout or just we can eat fruits vegetables salad and all please reply to my question it would mean a lot and will help me
I recommend seeing a nutritionist. Diet plans don't go for everyone. Someone can eat 2 hamburgers in a sitting and can still look slim, but also someone else can eat 1 hamburger and look fat.
It's all about your genetics and body type.
And if you cant afford a nutritionist, just ignore eating junk food and you will be fine
Ahhh @hailey....u said, "lying down" exercises. 🙈 Among some injuries i came into in my last line of work, soon as the "seated crunches" popped up i was like, "noo, she said all lying down." 💔 I was excited about the abs lying down, aside from not being able to do the Y leg lifts.....until you went and said, "sit up half way..." 😢😂🙈
