I actually barely managed to get a S rank without spin dash because I forgot i could use it. I had to use a lot of timed aerial dashes to make some jumps too. My time was 02:09.82
To get the Cyber Challenge Mode Reward, you must unlock all five levels first. Once you've done that, you'll need to earn at S in ALL Stages. After that, you'll unlock Cyber Space Power Boost.

I love using the Spindash in this stage. It feels so powerful. Like Sonic once said, “Even without wings, I can still fly!”

Funny enough, this level is actually City Escape, just backwards. And yes, I know San Fransisco and Los Angeles are two different cities.
