It is an australian i6 ford engine with the same capabilities as a 2jz but is way more recent. That's the only thing that prevented me from buying aftermarket seats for my 1976 Trans Am. Nearly every review for every seat mentions sitting too high and requiring modifications to fit properly. May require cutting and welding of the mounting brackets.

I mean its all good on your driver seat, its adjusted to fit you, but what about the passenger side? That passenger seat looks like i would hit my knees on the dashboard
If u want to make your seat lower put some waits on it have it there for around to days and then it will be lower and it's faster then just sitting in it

You want to get wedge brackets. Planted brackets tend to sit higher from what I've read. I have wedge in my is300 btw. Good luck.
