That all looks delicious! I became a Flight Attendant in the 80’s, retired now, but I wanted to taste foods of the world, so much to see, taste and wonderful people all around the world. Having done that it breaks my heart that we all have to fight and hate so much when there are so many wonderful people and cultures to enjoy with each other. Thanks for sharing ….Cheers from the USA

The Goulash is soup in Hungary not a stew, we call it “Gulyás leves” it means Goulash soup! We’ve lot of soup but it is my fav!! Hope you really liked all of them!
Ps.: You ate a fancy version of the Làngos because the basic, “traditional” version is only sour cream and cheese, maybe some garlic! :)

@@DanFandelli What fisherman soup did you try, do you remember? Fisherman soup cooking traditions exist only in Hungary and Poland as i know. Of all kinds of hungarian fishermans soup, the ' halászlé', generally there are two main versions: bajai (Danube riverside recipe with more onion, less pepper, thinner soup) and szegedi ( Tisza river fish, more noodles, thicker soup).

You are right to say that Goulash is between a soup and and a stew. Its personal preference how thick or thin one cooks it. This food originated in the countryside by sheperds and they cooked goulash in a cauldron over fire while watching over the cattle. That was certainly more stew like , a thicker version, and in my opinion tastes better than soup. Regards from Hungary

@@DanFandelli It is very easy. Mix 2 beaten eggs with salt, add all purpose wheat flour and mix it with a fork, but don't over work it, it would become very chewy. The consistency should be as a this liquid. You could add a little bit of water if necessary, or wheat. You just make small dumplings at the lid with a spoon and let it fall in boiling salted water. When they come at the served with cheese, cheese and sour cream, cheese + sour cream + small cubes of fried bacon (Hungarian füstölt szalonna = smoked lard).
