Needed to purchase a new pair of gloves. Most recent pair were Hayabusa’s that absolutely had an awful stench after roughly 6 months of training. Partially my fault for not caring for them like I should have. Having said that, your review solidified my purchase of the new Elite model. Very well detailed video explaining pros and cons. Thanks again for sharing! New to your channel and look forward to future videos!
@@keysessoms gloves are mint my man! Stiff for a week or two max but broke in nicely. I’m a fan this far. Red color is sharp too! Thanks again for the review! Be well!
Thanks bro ive been looking for a review on these new releases. How do these compare to the older elite models you think ? I was thinking for at least the retail version you could get better in other brands/gloves for the same money. Subbed btw
I’ve never used the previous elite gloves, but I will try and get my hands on a pair soon. I’ve tried the Elite fight gloves and I really like those a lot. They are a lot different because of the leather construction of the fight gloves, but really good gloves. My fighters really like em. Also thank you so much for the Sub.
Thanks for the reply. Thats good that the higher end gloves sound worth the money. In general, I like to hear comparisons of older models and other brands, especially comparing same price range. Like powerlock 2 vs elite 2 or rival vs venum, etc. Just something I enjoy watching. Either way I appreciate the quality and good looks bro
Everlast is one of cheapest and oldest brands in boxing. Their prestige has went the way side as of the last 20 years. You will hear them called NEVERLAST in gyms with the reputation they have
Nah not even close anymore. They have been dropping really nice stuff for a bit now and some of the best fight gloves come from them (mx, elite, powerlocks). Real fighters know.
I train 6 days a week.. don't know which one to get, due to the price.. but the quality makes me want to buy the Pro glove... Could you do a review on yhe new Everlast Protex gloves?
Yea if you get a 14 or 16 oz pair. I think if you had no issues with Everlast gloves in the past these are really good gloves to use for sparring and everyday training.
this is elite!!! get this man a deal, one of the best on the internet to do it brother!
Thank you so much brother! Soon as find a way I'm going to make my way out there and meet up with you.

I’ve been having people in the gym try it more and more and they love them
Hey dope video, man! Really well produced 👍🏼. Subscribed
Much appreciated! When I was doing my first review I watched a bunch of your stuff for inspiration. I really like your reviews.
Salaam bro! Post more, you have so much potential!
Thank you for real! I want to slow down on IG and commit more here.

@@cjgluckman1417That makes a lot of sense their name alone speaks true to this everlast.
I think they have cheap and premium products. It all depends on what you get.
My brother, this is the solution for shoulder injuries
Can you do a review on 1910 lace up sparring gloves?
If I can get my hands on a pair I will do it.

If you train boxing 6 days a week I say go with the pro glove. They seem to hold up better
Would this glove be better or similar to the power lock 2 or is it worse
I like the powerlock 2 better then the Elite 2 Pro gloves
I just got the 14oz Elite retail gloves as a birthday gift. Do you recommend the retail gloves for sparring?
Na I dont recommend those for sparring.
@@keysessoms Is it because of the material of the gloves?
Yo what camera were u using in that pro debut?
My friend recorded it and he was using a Sony A7sII.
@@keysessoms thanks
im kinda new to boxing..what gloves would u recommend under $100 and good wrist protection..salute king
What glove are you using right now?
@@keysessoms venum challenger 2.0 they hurt I can feel everything through the gloves when I'm hitting the heavy bag
Do you know how the hook and loop wrist protection compares to Rival RB11 or Hayabusa T3s?
I apologize I do not. I have never used those gloves.

Guys, which should I buy
The only good gloves everlast created now a days is the y MX2 that's it.😄
Powerlock, 1910 leather version, and like u said, Mx and MX2
mx2 training or fight gloves? I heard the training version were kind of mediocre.
I havent tried those yet, but I do hear good things.
