I’d certainly love to see how you breakdown video’s of other top pro’s in the game and determine how to work them into your own arsenal. Thanks for the solid content!
Came back at combat sports (Kickboxing) September 2023 at age 35, never been this sharp before, turned 36 last week. Thanks for sharing, inspiring journey!
"Man, my English is not very good, but what I am trying to say is that you are the best thing I watched today. I watch a lot of your videos, and you really work hard. I am 23 years old and started boxing when I was 22. Sometimes I think it's too late, but when I come back to your videos, you really inspire me. You are doing great. God bless you!"
Yo what’s going on bro thank you for the inspiration I’m 30 and just now getting in gym to learn the proper way to box in this sport looking to go pro by the end of the year hope to meet you along the way stay up and stay blessed
@@keysessomsYo man thanks for the inspiration I’m glad watching this I’m starting my boxing journey as well…is there any way to get to pro without going through amateur?
I just turned 20 and always wanted to start boxing but didnt have the funds but kept thinking to my self its to late but now i feel motivated by your videos
Where you from in Jersey? I am a strength and conditioning coach who has worked with plenty of athletes that have all maximized their skill set in boxing, football etc. Your respect n dedication to the craft is special , I can definitely help. Respect 👊🏾
I’m Elizabeth/Newark, but I live near. Cherry Hill. I’m in strength and conditioning myself. Been doing it for about 3 years now. It’s something I’ve fallen in love with. Thank you for the offer would love to connect and build one day
Can you Please make a video about how to start competing without a gym, i know this isnt something you've experienced but i could really use some advice cause there are no gyms in my area
Honestly I would not recommend not fighting unless you have a trainer. I'm starting to think you dont need an in-person trainer, but you will need someone to virtually watch your training sessions a few times a week as well as your sparrings. I''ll make a more in-depth video or do a livestream
Great stuff, personally, I would like to see “how” you go about fixing the issues from this bout..specifically the lead hand being too low…. It’s interesting to me because, across the board, people are taught to keep that lead hand up to protect yourself..& you, an established amateur and even solid pro fell into the same habit…something I’m sure you’ve mentioned to your clients to not do.. So, seeing how you would correct it, from a pro POV would be interesting..
Thank you for this, I want to start off with a few things first. I was not an established amateur fighter. I had only 21 amateur fights. I am also not a solid pro with only 1 pro fight and that pro fight came after a 6 year layoff from competition. I definitely will bring everyone on the journey of me working to fix these issues though. For me they are not as bad when I am sparring so I think the moment may have gotten to me a little and not competing for 6 years did not allow me to be as calm as I would have liked. Everyone makes mistakes in the ring on any given night no matter how much of a veteran they are. The goal is to learn from them and try to be better the next time out.
hello Coach!! I need help with activity in my fights in my amateur bouts sometimes I doubt to engage and start to shoot alot of combos what can I do to fix that and capitalize and execute ? thanks nice debut brother 💯🙌
i saw in a past video that your dealt with an injury in your shoulder, how did you deal with the recovery and strengthening to start sparring and competing?
I went to physical therapy and they started me with stabilizing the muscles around the joint while increasing range of motion and once I improved in those areas they start to work on strengthening the area
do you have videos on exercises for stabilizing shoulders. can you make a video that goes more in depth about preventing injury and or rehabbing from injury, so many people are dealing with the same injury@@keysessoms
Hello there, just wondering what weight division or class you are currently fighting in? and like what are your physical attributes; height, weight, and reach? In comparison to the weight class you’re competing in. Thanks for taking the time to respond 👊🏻
If u jab your way in step in your hook would not miss that badly also work on your balance and pick what defense you want to you use high guard or philly shell u dont want to keep switching mid fight. Also work on your combos not just single shots. Good ko welcome back to boxing.
I see when you’re throwing the right hand you dropping your lead hand. On the overhand right you’re susceptible to his rear uppercut. You should roll after throwing the right hand because there’s a left hook counter from a more experienced fighter. Also I’m not seeing any angles and after you set the table, you’re waiting for the receipt. Need to build your defense into your offense. Otherwise you’re good
I’d certainly love to see how you breakdown video’s of other top pro’s in the game and determine how to work them into your own arsenal. Thanks for the solid content!
Noted! I will get on that asap. I have to figure out how to do it and not get in trouble by RUclips.

I fight at light flyweight. I am 5'3 at 108-112lbs and I would say I am on the smaller to average size for my weight class
Are you still out there fighter? It's been 6 months and I wouldn't wan't to find out you quit making vids or something 😢
Of the bat, I don't like how the music keeps going up and down. Down when you talk and up when you are silent. It's not good. I think.
Thank you for the feedback
Yoo waiting
Thanks
Did you have football background or ncaa d1 wrestler

I have alot of trouble with defence any tips?
Work on the technique of each defense (slip, roll, catches/blocks), then do partner drills and sparring
Are you still competing ?
what boxing promotion company are you with?
I am not signed to a promoter
@keysessoms okay thanks for the reply

u should fight again bro someone else who is 1-0, or 0-1.
There is a guy 0-1 they want me to fight, but I havent been training. If I can get back in shape and not get injured its a possibility
Your videos are too high quality considering your subs tbh
Thank you for real. As I get consistent we will grow.
