Boxing Handwrap Tutorial: Make a Long Lasting Training Wrap
In this video I show you how to wrap your hands similar to a fight style boxing handwrap, but with self-adhesive gauze. This gauze is longer lasting than regular gauze because of how well it deals with moisture.
This wrap is pretty difficult to get right and comfortable, but once you do it is a great way to protect your hands.
Find what works for you though because there are 100’s of ways to wrap and this way will not be for everyone.

You said you're wearing small/medium. What's your head measurement?
Eyyyy .. Thanks for sharing this vid man.
2lb gloves
I think I got a way for it to fit better. Ima try it out first and it may add even more protection
Sick
2:33 is there enough padding to prevent a black eye, if wearing 8oz padded mma sparring gloves?
6:35 it doesnt slip around with the durag?
There groin guard?
Definitely for money at this old age I’ve tried everything but experience is most important
Bro the way you handle your self as A 27 male who drinks and smoke I almost wanna give before I start lol all joke Aside good fight
Started mma at 22 had my first fight at 29 im 35 now I miss it
ive been training on the bag since 27 and picked up some notice from a coach when I turned 29 who told me that I have really good natural ability in boxing , he told me to go get training to sharpen up and to not worry about my age. I just turned 30 and have been upping my training and now I am looking for a trainer.
Great video
Im 20, i started boxing last year when I was 19. You're inspiring to me, man.
FR roadwork is overrated, assault bike, cycling or elliptical are all great and easy on the joints. Great advice here man
Appreciate you, thanks for getting this info out there!
How many ounce gloves
8 oz but they were brand new and super stiff
How’s did these last in the long term ? And also just came across your page dope content keep it up 💪🏽💪🏽 #subscribed
I started this sport when I was 18 years old, after a few years I could throw a punch with a force of 800 psi.
Do you reuse the gauze ? If theres a shitload of tape on it how do you reuse it ?
It’s good and realistic 👌
There are plenty of headgears comprable in weight and quality. The marketing on this is laughable. Virginia Techs program is funded by the NFL and equipment manufacturers to justify the CTE issue. Even their biased "science" has no practical application to Boxing headgear as no headgear prevents brain trauma. I can show you a $50 PU Pakistan made headgear thats lighter, better fitted, and just as usable.
You are a legit fighter. This was a good debut, not enough comments about your skill. Good power, speed, and balance with a cool low to the floor style. Exciting to watch. Keep it up. I just started my boxing journed at 33. I am a quick learner, getting rocked by some bigger guys during sparring right now, but I am figuring it out. Thanks for posting your journey.
Have you measured your head? Im at 25 inches. Should I go with small/ medium or large for a snug fit?
Soon as I get home today is will be check
@keysessoms I've already ordered, but thanks for the reply 💪🏾
Can I compete in it
Na you can’t. Ima change the title lol
My bro i got a hit n move head gear too but i gotta know where did you get your beanie from it looks very suitable to box in
Nice marketing… nothing special mate. But still hope the best for you to lift up your business.
This is amazing man! I'm 32 and have been boxing for 3 years doing white collar, Ive now joined a ammuture gym and hope to have ammuture fights there's still plenty left in the tank, this is a motivation mate
Have you tried the hit n move suvari 16 oz gloves? I heard they’re pretty good too
Would love to see you review the Phenom Sparring set! Great review!
Great video. I had the same issue with the size but held up well in sparring
I wonder how long it’ll take for the other companies to try to copy them
No lie I thought the same thing. We are going to start seeing everyone doing a similar thing
Great vid. Thanks for the review!
Thanks for watching! No problem at all.
I still don’t get why they claim “comparable”. Hit n move headgear is way better than anything I have used including winning. Great review.
I agree. It’s comparable in terms of impact protection using a specific metric.
@@keysessoms I am moving better, I am seeing better with hitnmove, if impact is comparable that means it is superior.
I’m surprise your winning headgear weighs that much did you get it in leather? Also how does the protection compare to winning?
The winnings headgear is probably lighter than a lot of headgears but it is really padded and that is where the weight comes from. Honestly I didn’t feel a difference in protection. Im going to make a video doing one round with each and give my impressions
That’ll be a good video my winning weighs 8 ounces but then some 9-10. I’m surprised you have one that weighs 12 ounces.
@@MALuis-lw5in Im going to weigh my friends headgear. It could be that mine is old. I had the headgear for a long time
That explains it a friend weighed an old winning medium that was 11 ounces. Then a new large was 9 ounces. Obviously weight won’t always be the same but around 10 ounces is what they normally are.
Thanks for this review. I was curious how good this head gear was
No problem. It is a really good healer no lie.
Im 29 but this dream always on my head and disturbed me do a normal job
hey man im very stressed because ive been boxing for 2 years and im 13 now and im very good but i come from a average family and a unknown city and want to know how the path is to getting a trainer
Thank god I found this the First guy was usein toilet paper
🎉sir can u help me start a career plz am in Nigeria sir I will be happy if u help am 18 yrs old
Legit pugilist ..keep fighting my brother you could be a Champ 💪🏆
Boa
is gauze padding more protective than those gel pads you can buy like winnings?
how do these compare to just wraps look amazing good job!
I’m 23 but I feel like that’s so late to start especially since I be seeing 5 year olds starting to box
Boxer Champion with Degree!
I am 34 now but still not starting pro boxing. Can i be at 35? Honestly saying. I am good enough to be a boxing champion. Yes im training@sparring@do some amateur boxing and i always win. My unofficial record is 16-0-0..
Let me add another comment after watching your fight...dude...you looked really calm in there...picked your shots nicely...you escaped his attacks well and your punches looked crisp. RIGHT ON BRUDDA!
Started boxing again at my local club last year (32) and now I am 33 and want to do my first amateur fight in the winter. Mad respect!
what is with this guys Naruto shorts.....
