I LOVE THIS! Thank you! Brings back great childhood memories. My dad had the exact same truck color trim everything exactly the same. I was 7 years old I. 1974 and still remember the night we were running late for dinner doing 110 on our way home lol. It had a 427 with a 2 barrel lol gotta save the mpg haha. Amazing work and another great video. Thank you
That’s a hell of a build. I’m a Chevy man but I can appreciate a nice killer build. Y’all knocked this one out of the ball park. My son loves Mustangs and you guys always do killer job. Love it.
Awesome build. QA1 makes some great products. I have a No Limit chassis on my 4.6 3v supercharged F100(Dark Horse) and QA1 suspension on my C1500. Great job guys!
I would do a 5.4 gt500 swap with a tvs. They can make big power too boost only stock long block but they make much more torque and the powerband is more truck friendly so to speak because of it. I think that would be a better powerplant for a lightning. Nothing wrong w a coyote but their torque is down quite a bit compared to a 5.4.similar setup. The Whipple don't make as much torque anyways even on the 5.4.
And I know alot of guys are obsessed with these setups because of the 10 speed auto but when you're making big power all those gears aren't necessary a 6r80 would prob do better. The 10r don't hold up as good at elevated power levels and they're expensive to build. I'd do 5.4 gt500 swap with a 2650 tvs vmp gen3r and a 6r80 trans. That setup would be dope in a lightning. Or just throw a t56 magnum or tr6060 behind it. That would be even better and way more fun and cool and unique but for auto Def 6r80.
That ‘70 Ranger is super sweet and sounds wicket. With all the suspension mods I’m sure it handles just as it pulls and stops. I remember checking it out last year, while it was in pieces, when I picked up my 2010 Adrenalin that you installed the Edelbrock supercharger on. BTW, the Sports Trac is running GREAT and is indeed a sleeper just as you said it would be. Keep putting out the videos of your builds and rebuilds. I truly enjoy viewing them!!
Great content as always !!! Super dope that you included the guys to give their own feedback on this particular build , and WOW 🤩WEEEEEE !!! The content was really amazingly informative from experts like yourselves to communicate effectively to some of us “don’t knowers “ or some of us with little knowledge of the Ford Mustang heritage, but we / or at least I for one , can appreciate the information and have a better understanding of the time and development of the countless hours going into what you guys have done over at Brenspeed !!! Top notch fella’s that can educate us mustang and Ford guys with some of the greatest information on who , what , where , when , why , and how a clean build comes together with greatness !!! Keep up the great work can’t wait to get my build going and what I need to budget to get it to where I think I need to get it !!! Thx 🙏 again ☝️🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🙏🙏🙏
What brake system did you go with? Lug pattern front and rear? I know you used willwood but I’m curious what kits / part #. And did the rear need new axles? Thanks!!
How much did the owner pay for this build for all parts and labor out the door? Just curious. I have more money than time to build it. I feel like it would take me over a year, but maybe never finish it this nice.
We used S550 headers (Stainless Works or Stainless Power either will work). You need to slightly cut a little of the frame out (modify it) but they fit and that frame modification for clearance is not big.
@@BrenspeedEngineering how did they fit? Any modifications to get them in? Everybody keeps telling me Ultimate headers but i want the long tube headers.
Those were custom made. The company requires a lot of measurements to get them exactly correct for you and the rear end you are running. We suggest measuring for accuracy. The company is called Detroit Steel give them a call they tell you exactly how to measure for your exact build and they build them for you custom.
Too bad nobody ever drives these bad ass trucks on the street. Maybe they can hire some folks who aren’t afraid to do more than just build stuff. Overall nice infomercial for your business, however they did show the shamwow actually doing what it was supposed to do on their infomercials…
Im pretty sure this truck rolls all over Chicago. But most people with well over 100K in a vehicle do not drive them daily. AKA new GT500's, Custom vehicles, etc...
Hi we do the frame work, suspension, full drivetrain, interior, gauges, cooling, all that and as far as paint we do have an awesome shop close that paints killer hot rod builds. We are not a paint shop but we use one that is known for custom paint and it is close to us.
Everything was fine till camera showed the shitbox rims and rubber bands!! Absolutely ruined the whole build. All that HP and no rubber in the fenders kills a classic.
I love that truck! Saw it in person so got to appreciate how beautiful it is! Great job Brenspeed team on a beautiful build.
Yah its good in the video but in person... awesome!
Another great build guys, this F100 is so awesome, nothing was not addressed, a compltete is one of the best builds you guys have done.
Thanks so much!

That is an awesome truck! I got to see it last weekend dropping off my Sport Trac. You can see that in the background. 🤘
Your sport trac is awesome and getting BOOSTED!
Awesome build. I can't wait to get my car there this spring.
Thanks for the comment!

T😎hat sir is the dream set up for my 1999 lightning.

Hey fellas that's my 99 in the video
That would be cool for sure!

Beautiful build

What size is the rear tire that you were able to fit on the 20x12 wheels?
You guys are awesome keep it up man I really enjoy watching all your videos and great work you guys do
Thanks! Will do!

What pound springs did you go with?
Hi. Can you please tell me which mirrors you have installed? Greetings from Germany.
What brake system did you go with? Lug pattern front and rear? I know you used willwood but I’m curious what kits / part #. And did the rear need new axles? Thanks!!
Sweet truck
Thanks
wow that's a badass truck for sure ! I love it. Could you please tell me what brand wheels and caps you have?
The wheels are DETROIT STEEL
do you have the specs/part #s for the complete brake system on this truck?
What offset do the wheels have? Working on a qa1 setup on my truck.
How much did the owner pay for this build for all parts and labor out the door? Just curious. I have more money than time to build it. I feel like it would take me over a year, but maybe never finish it this nice.
Good job good job guys
Thanks!
Nice truck just got my 69f100 coyote swap done it’s a awesome truck to drive
Nice 👍
These F-100’s r starting to grow on me.
That is what I keep thinking.
where did the steering wheel come from?
The steering wheel is SPARK INDUSTRIES
What steering linkage did y’all use?
Lokar universal kit you cut to length, give Lokar a call thanks!
Love the build, by any chance owner want to sell it?
Not for sale that we know of.
Where can I find a steering wheel like that? Impressive
Actually that steering wheel was provided by the client so not sure where it came from.
It would be great if you would ask the client...Please ask the client...Pleeeeeease
What year mustang are the header's for

@@BrenspeedEngineering TKS, I sure appreciate it
Beautiful 🖤

What headers were used?
S550 coyote Stainless Power Long Tubes

I am building a similar truck can you give me part # s for radiator and heat exchanger ?
Goals

Hey guys i have a 73 short bed f100 ranger and i want to buy a set of wheels can you guys send me the size of the wheels on your truck? Thanks

How do I buy this truck? Seriously
We heard it is not for sale but I am sure if you locate it money talks if the offer is high enough.
No sway bar or brakes. So add 599 on top of the $4400
Vintage Air front runner system is a lot better than the PBH setup
Vintage Air is a great company!
Who would build this truck top to bottom body work motor work everything
Hi we do the frame work, suspension, full drivetrain, interior, gauges, cooling, all that and as far as paint we do have an awesome shop close that paints killer hot rod builds. We are not a paint shop but we use one that is known for custom paint and it is close to us.
LIKE THE TRUCK WITHOUT A MOTOR
