Once again, sorry about the lack of covers lately. I think I'm going through the same struggle Animenz went through not too long ago. The motivation needed to make these covers is just not there, and I'm feeling insecure of my ability to keep up the quality of my arrangements that I have done in the past. Hopefully that won't be a problem from now on. Let me know what you think :) :)

Kyle Landry I have had one of the shittiest days of my life today. Seeing this made me feel so much better, please never doubt your ability to creat quality work because anything that is being played from those fingers is going to be absolutely remarkable. I love your music so much, and in all honesty it has helped me get through the day so many times in the past I've lost count. Please please please don't stop doing what you do.

I am rendered speechless.
I grew up with Studio Ghibli animations, and Laputa is and has been my favourite since I can remember.
I play the piano myself, and has tried numourous covers, variations. I like to think that I'm not bad.
I have heard most of the covers on the net, smiled listening through every one of them. My favourite remains the 25th year anniversary in 武道館 version.
This is a song that I have known for as long as I have had consciousness, a song that runs deep in the roots of everyone in my generation in the country that I come from.
And I cried throughout the entire song.
I cannot pinpoint what it is that you have done - but this is beyond amazing. There is no words for me to describe what this song meant for me.
I'm sure you know the experience when you hear a song that is so perfect that every note seem to dance on your heart, and you can't stop shivering, your entire body is tingling, and the air around you seem too thin too pure too clean, and you see the music just unravelling in waves that envelope you, freezing you in that song and tears can't stop falling because of the sheer beauty.

I'm crying right now. I just discovered this video of your channel, and it made me so emotional. I went through the toughest period of my life those last 6 months, being addicted to gambling for one year. I have now managed to quit it for over a month and this music really makes me happy in a way I cannot explain. There really is some magic behind your music, Kyle. You're a wizard :)

Keep your chin up Kyle. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Your music has been great for lots of years, you've improved a lot, evolved and it's totally understandable to have times where you lack of confidence. Look in your past, look in your future, listen to the music you love and don't get overwhelmed by the pressure. Because there's no pressure. Take your time. And I'm sure sooner or later you'll find what you need.
I have to say this is the first time I've been listening to a song and it put me in tears, and I mean i've listened to some emotional music from ambient to contemporary. This song just hit me hard, with all the health issues I have been having with my crohn's disease, work and school. Thank you, beautiful cover.

Your covers always have, and always will be, beautiful and fascinating with the intricacy of the arrangements and the tones and emotions you convey when you play. This is no different and, in my opinion, you never have to worry about the quality of the arrangements you produce. But don't let yourself feel like you have to make them. Your originals are equally impressive and emotionally provocative, if not more so. Have faith in your abilities and trust your gut.
the first 2 seconds when you started playing gave me goosebumps. nostalgia is hard in this one. Can you maybe do the Soundtrack of Princess Mononoke

What have you done!? How could you possibly take my favorite Japanese song and make it a million times better!? Chills man. The whole song, all the way to the last note, gave me chills. I had a really sad day today, felt like I had my soul ripped apart a little bit type of day. But when I clicked on this song it changed my entire mood. Hard to do btw.

your creativity with chords give so much depth to the music. Honestly, i love hearing the intros of your covers because they are so beautifully put together. For example, the chord at 0:47 was beautiful. I'm not to great with technical terms as i haven't played piano in like 4 years but the subtle undertones of the chord are what mad me fall in love with your piano playing. Hopefully i made sense?
