Are they for sale?
My monthly gas/electricity bill here in the UK is more expensive than the monthly rent for this condo. Looks great. Pool, Gym, Table tennis (ping pong), swimming pool, outside seating areas with fan, parking, a bed, a shower and a great location. The UK is going to the dogs so I think it's time to head for Hua Hin.
I don't blame you buddy. I'm hoping to eventually get out before it goes up in 🔥🔥🔥🔥

actually I live in Thailand and my electricity bill is same cost as this place as well. 3 bedroom house tho...electricity is expensive here as well.
my cable tv bill is more than that here in Illinois that looks good to me

The world's coldest swimming pool!
Probably a good idea to keep the cover on the snooker table, the felt's stuffed, and they have a random number of balls.
Otherwise, a great value for money place. Very caring staff, I found.
Stayed for a month before in June it was 12000 all in if I remember right.Thats all inclusive cleaning and electric.Theres some that stay longer and then it gets way cheaper I think.
Gym is ok has enough to just about make it work,pool is great ,rooms are nice great views and peaceful at night.Watched a few premiership games too.Come and go as you like.

Nice place for vacation or even for short term stay 😅
I like the no frill room. Why pay extra for decorations, nice furniture, etc. if you're single? They just jack up the price. The gym looked like it had cables on the squat rack which is nice but the pool is a little small for lap swimming which makes it useless for me.

The price is good, and the balcony is cool. What I hate are all the mirrors. There is something wrong with that. I suppose those could be blacked out. A more ideal apartment for a single would be compactualized boat like kitchen, bath, bed room, to make more room for the living area. There is something wrong with Thailand's modernity to be pushing so many mirrors. Just a small one in the bathroom to check, or to shave. No more need than that. Vanity like that can only weaken people, making them obsessed with themselves. Just trying to help. Of course I enjoy this lovely girl make her pitch regardless.

Yeah you can ,you might not get 130 a month but it won't be too far away from that if you're staying long term.There's a few old boys that stay there for a few months,lots from Scandanavia.
I stayed for a month it's a great spot it has everything you need and a few nice little restaurants at the front that you can't see in the Video.Great Value

Add a small couch and coffee table. It's easy to live in that. Spend time on the balcony, go walking, use the gym, pool etc

Like this condo and Facebook marketplace rental : it’s either have 6 month are 1 year contract. Most tourist are there short term between 2week to 3 months. Are these condo/apartmental rental are meant for people who has long term visa(education, retirement,)?
