PSMF Ice Cream #1 was made with: 6 cooked egg whites, 1 scoop chocolate EWP, 1 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp sweetener, 1 scoop collagen. Add water to make volume 2 pints.
PSMF Ice Cream #2 was made with 250ml (1 cup) carton egg whites (cooked), 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp sweetener, 1 scoop collagen, water to bring volume to 2 cups.
