What about the oldest and the youngest contestants ever by birth date? Oldest: I think it's @lex (Norway 2004), who was almost 16 when the contest of 2004 took place (was born in 1988, I think. If the one from Sweden 2005 turned 16 in the contest's time, she's a year younger than @lex). Youngest: I think it's Tatyana from Russia 2019, who was born in December 2009.
The youngest performer is actually Nicholas (Greece, 2003) since he was only 8 years and 4 months old at the time. But that was before the rules changed

If I remember correctly, Spain in 04 had gotten the then record for the most points in a contest. But that's not the record I'm referring to, it was that record had stood as the most points won, for at least 10 years, when Malta had beaten when the contest was in Bulgaria.
I dont know if I would consider Viki Gabor the winner by more points. I mean, in global terms she has the most points but it's by a different system than other years where there were half the total points
i just have to say this, if 2016 was set up as any other year, so included televoting/online voting armenia would have won hands down. It was one of my favourite songs on the night and it is still my favourite song of the 2016 contest to this day.
