You should probably go and get checked by good Dermatologist nearby because I have faced the same problem and it had got worsen along the time 😢 it was so bad that I had to take medications plus ointments for 6 month straight to get back to normal😅 cuz of these yt products .

You can use Alpha arbutin acid serum instead of Salicylic acid serum. Alpha Arbutin in the morning and niacinamide on the evening.
