@@fasttechvideo Well, the motherboard power connecter for the logic board is missing too and I don't have the parts to replace them. lost cause I guess.
so it turns out that not only was the fan connector and the logic board connector missing, one of the resistors for the memory chips was missing. I just used wires in place of the connectors and replaced that transistor and now it works again.. it was on firmware 7.02 as well.. not bad for a personal project if I do say so myself..
Please pin this comment. WATCH OUT before mother board shield comes off there is a screw under power supply. This ps4 was missing it. SHIELD WILL NOT COME OFF WITHOUT THE SCREW REMOVED.
Have you got a video on the HDMI port. I'm getting no display on my ps4 I've had the port replaced before. I've took the ps4 apart and the port looks fine nothing's bent or broke don't know what the issue could be
Brother im confused can you help, basically i had a CUH-1001A model and have to replace both motherboard and power supply so can yoj pls tell me which ones are compatible and what i generally should look out for❤ thanks

I just got ahold of a ps4 with one of those broken fan connections, is it possible to repair this broken fan connector if someone did break it off???

You need a SAA-001 mainboard and disc drive logic board combo and a ADP240AR power supply

Unless your system is BLOD its not too late to clean it out.
