    As a Mechanical Engineer I never liked EEE during diploma and Bachelors. Maybe I felt bored coz the staffs didn’t explain me this interesting like U. If u were there earlier I wouldn’t have failed or get just pass marks in the subject.. Keep up the good work. It will definitely help the current and upcoming students. 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    About DC transmission and Home use:
    DC நேரடியாக உபயோகிப்பது பாதுகாப்பற்றது.. என்னா Ac ஷாக் அடிக்கும்போது (When the sign wave drops to Zeeo) நாம் அதிலிருந்து விலக வாய்ப்பிருக்கு.. DC இல் அந்த வாய்ப்பில்லை.

    The important factor is missed. The wattage is directionally proportional to square of the current. So, if transmission current is lowered, the power loss can be minimised during transmission. When AC voltage is stepped up, the current decreases proportionately. This way, when generated voltage is either stepped up or generated to 22KV, the current became milliamp. When the transmission is effected by milliamp current, the power loss is very minimum. This is the great advantage of AC and for this reason AC is preferred over DC. Moreover, RMS of AC voltage, deliver the same energy of DC of that AC RMS value.

    Edison dominated Tesla with his political power !! Tesla the great❤️

    • @gsamzen22
      @gsamzen22 4 года назад +7

      There was even verbal war between Edison and Tesla at their times. Edison made lot of experiments to disprove the concept of Tesla's alternating current. Edison wanted to make DC current a great business, but Tesla liked to supply AC current to people at low cost. So Tesla asked a landowner a land for lease to set up a transformer. But the landowner refused to give as he thought this was a stupid idea to provide electricity at such a low cost and humiliated Tesla as a stupid guy not made this as a big business. The great Tesla couldn't achieve this feat. But the world started to celebrated Tesla now.
