I really enjoyed this movie, everything was hitting for me. It was a work of Art and how Arthur embraces himself as joker by the end of the first film, it sorta flip flops here. The reason it’s getting hate I think, and because people would’ve never thought of this or wished for this kind of film for a joker film. I was a bit confused cuz I was ready to agree with everyone else. It was sorta beautiful, but I did feel extremely sad and exhausted by the end. Heavy stuff
Seeing so much hate is steering me away from seeing it but I still am considering watching it and deciding for myself. Unfortunately I’ve seen so many bad reviews I feel my view of the movie is already tainted.
