I like how Bey guilded Farrah into the camera's lens. It was such a leader move and she wanted them all to be as aware as her. She's always been such a class act professional and lover of performance.
They had so many trial and errors on getting the harmony right with this lineup. Farrah had the mic so far away from Michelle you barely heard her but at the end they kinda came together you mainly hear Beyonce. Kelly & Farrah
Honestly, I think it had more to do with the harmony/mic technique. She was tryna get Farrah to move the mic to get Michelle in the harmony. Michelle was cutting in and out.
They changed the harmony to suit 3-part. Instead of 4-part...like on the record. Lol. Is it because they had little faith in Farrah's harmonizing ability?

Unless Bey or Kelly have a super power to sing two notes at once, than ALL of them are singing, it’s just a three part harmony. I can def hear Farrah. If anything, Michelle might be the ones not singing

Bey slowed it down a 1/2 of a second to help Farrah catch it & blend wit the harmony. REALLY WATCH THE VIDEO. Kelly was in La La land not paying attention & singing how it was suppose to be sung. But she wasn’t off key, she just was singing faster.

Michelle and Farrah are singing the same parts, the middle. Farrah slightly louder in volume since the mic is closer to her most of the time.
