Michelle was always my favorite… The other two just sounded very similar to every other R&B artist of that era, but Michelle had a really distinctive raspy voice that I love. I’m glad she still making music but sad that she never got the notoriety that she deserves.

Exactly. I was eight years old when I first heard this song. Now I’m 26, and I can’t hear it without feeling so hurt inside bc there are so many children suffering.
