Every time I want to lose weight, I skip rope for 30 minutes every day. 15 in the morning and 15 at the night. It really does wonders, and I lose around 700 grams every week. Also, I can feel my body getting stronger too. I assume these ropes are quite useful as well but even if you don't have them any rope does the trick. Just do it. That's all. 😁😁😁 If you don't feel motivated to do it and if every minute feels like an hour, then put on your headphones and listen to some energetic music that will get you up and running. If that doesn't do it as well, you can open a movie or show you like and skip rope while watching it. It helps me to feel more motivated. 😁😁😁 Don't be discouraged. Personally, am a person that is suffering from many medical conditions, and my doctors always advise me to strengthen my body. Before starting to skip rope, I would struggle with even climbing the stairs but now not only am I fit but I also feel much healthier. If I can get to this point, everyone can. 😊😊😊

Haha yes to put prove to that claim showing something like average heartrate and calories burnt would have been authentic. But looking at that dude he weighs less than 185lbs can talk through the whole exercise and won't have burnt more than 250 calories in those 15min. But prove me different and do that workout with a heartstrap and show those calories... But it gets the clicks with that number... It is total fantasy to burn that amount in 15 min unless you are Brian shaw and race your heartrate past the 170 mark...
@ EmrePektas yes I know, I wanted to state it a bit more detailed as I know personally a lot about calorie burning and especially what woman are capable of. And what not, with missing size and muscle mass

I lost 2kgs within a week....with calorie deficit diet and jump rope 😍.... My ideal weight should be 58kg...i am 65kg now ..... hope will release my weight fast
One of my favourite. This one always kicks my butt!

This is a short high intensity workout for those in a hurry!!!
I’ve been jumping ropes for cardio since 2020 and this is the only video I jump to
What a killer love it ..my daughter did this with me ..was her 1 time jumping im so proud she pushed throw shes 6 ..if she can you can too
Did the thing this morning. A great, meditative way to get the day started outdoors! Sweat was rollin.
Jason OBrien - 100%
I can jump rope just fine its just that i run out of breath really easily
just keep practicing every day !!!
i already lost 20 kgs by jogging, cycling and push up for 3 months. Now it's getting harder to kill the stubborn fat in my body.. so i decide to replace my jogging activity by jumping rope.. hope it will work.. need lose more 20 kgs to get my ideal body.
May I know What diet did u consumed?
@@KaranSharma-lq6vb i am from indonesia, of course it will be different for meals.
for breakfast - 3 boiled eggs, but remove 1 yellow, with 200g boiled vegetable plus 3 spoon of sauce/ketchup.
for lunch - i eat random stuff, whatever i like as long as it's not rice, wheat, or carbs.
hi, i have a question! A really important one. Will jumping rope increase my stamina or endurance for running? i am not meaning to replace running by skipping. i just want to increase stamina for running by skipping bcz i enjoy skipping more than running. Your reply will be highlyyyyy appreciated.
It will certainly challenge your HR which will in turn increase your endurance! Keep doing the thing!
@@JumpRopeDudes thnnks i will

Thanks for the video
Wowww!!! This workout in super intense! Great way to start my morning routine. Thanks Jump Rope Dudes!
I dont think that is going to burn 500kcal, maybe 100-200 but its better than nothing!
Love jump rope because of you
Thanks to you guys I've been eating healthier exercising more, mainly jump rope, and have been more positive too. However the one thing I still struggle with is kicking my smoking habit, it sucks.
Dario III - niiiiiice!!!
That squat form though 🔥👌🏾
You are champion in rope jumping
I wonder how did you guys calculated 500 cals? You didnt wear any kinda fitness tracker or chrm so how do you know that you burn 500 cals?
look at his wrist, the black band thing, i think it might be the tracker
Haha yes to put prove to that claim showing something like average heartrate and calories burnt would have been authentic. But looking at that dude he weighs less than 185lbs can talk through the whole exercise and won't have burnt more than 250 calories in those 15min. But prove me different and do that workout with a heartstrap and show those calories... But it gets the clicks with that number... It is total fantasy to burn that amount in 15 min unless you are Brian shaw and race your heartrate past the 170 mark...
@@sportmensch that's what im saying
@ EmrePektas yes I know, I wanted to state it a bit more detailed as I know personally a lot about calorie burning and especially what woman are capable of. And what not, with missing size and muscle mass
@ i recently began wearing a fitbit while doing this workout, and you can imagine my surprise when i burnt only 120 calories being a 118 pound female teenager, so i guess we all burn differently??
Day 1. Starting weight 169. Goal 113. Let the games begin.
did this workout 3 times and feel amazinggggggggggg
nguyen manh hiep - awesome!
I'm in.. starting Monday. 😁 thank you.
Thank you for this workout guys, it’s my favorite atm
Great video. I do a lot of running and sprints. But skipping is so much more exhausting. When I first got back into it. I was blowing about 25 seconds in. I do mo skipping now. It’s a brilliant workout. Thanks for the video. Those double unders are so hard. Gonna keep trying to do them
I will try this tomorrow morning. I only have a 450g / 1lb rope, so I'm pretty sure I am going to die.
My Crossrope Infinity Get Lean set just arrived. This was my first workout on it. Sweating like a horse. Bruised a knuckle with the half pound rope or handle. Bit of a learning curve, but I’ll get there.
Stewart
Whitney - It's a little different, but you'll get used to it! Awesome right??!?!
Jump Rope Dudes Yup. Love it.
Until I see the results posted I'll remain sceptical. Even at a lively intensity with an assault bike it'd take me 25-30 minutes to burn 500 cals and that's a MUCH more intense workout than jumping rope
it doesn't matter which burns more calories or how many calories you burn in 25 minutes of ___________________________ (
I'm going to start doing this..but I don't have the different weight ropes. I'll use just one rope and see how it goes 😊

What shoes do you recommend for jumping rope? I’ve tried a lot and still haven’t found the right one.
can i do it all with 5lb ??????
Can l lost weight if l make it regularly
Love it!!!! And love it because you do the whole video thing!
15 minutes 500 calories means 1000 calories in 30 minutes and 2000 calories in an hour 🥵
@Mindaugas Vaitiekūnas 😂😂😂😂😂no Bru
@Mindaugas Vaitiekūnas 1500 in an hour dumbass
No 2000 im the dumbass
