A quick update on my journey. Earlier when I started this 30 min workout I was burning around 300 calories measured on my Mi band 3.And now I burn around 400-450 calories. This has surely made me loose weight in these few months. Thank you guys for this.
Thank you for your positivity getting me through my 30 mins every day! I have quit alcohol recently and been doing 30 mins jump rope for 30 days I’m at day 20 today my face always red after jump rope and that’s how I know I’ve done it properly. I want to continue this as my usual exercise after challenge. I would miss it! You are very inspiring :)

The first month I only lost 3 pounds but then I began eating in moderation and I stopped eating so much junk food and the weight began to come off a lot quicker. I lost the 13 pounds by the mid April and now I'm just trying to maintain the weight I am at right now.

Out of 30 Minutes, 21 Minutes is the Actual Jumping Period. 7 minutes of rest (10 second rest) and 3 minutes of rest between Rounds. 21 Minutes looks less but feels like an hour of jumping 🔥. #DoingTheThing
Holy bananas. You are crazy strong to keep with the 1lb rope. I got thru half the first round and went down to 1/2lb. Then half the second round with 1/2 and dropped to 1/4. Then third round stayed with the 1/2 lb. I did maintain good speed and varied the footwork. 200 cals warm up. 438 cals workout. Wouldn’t have made it by myself so really appreciated the jump along. Respect!

After giving birth to my daughter & having a major surgery after I gained so much weight. I’m at my highest weight ever, & have been feeling so bad. I started working out but was running & really wasn’t seeing any difference. I then started jumping & came across you & been trying on & off I started the 10 min beginner & on my 4 day I noticed I could jump through, I’ve now started this one & let’s just say it was a challenge with lots of sweat but felt good after doing. Thanks for ALL you videos jumping to me is definitely better than running any day. Now I need to lose the sugar & I’ll be good to go!

Yo! Is anyone still here? Haha! So, I started working out following this video everyday from the past 2 weeks and today I finally managed to 100% keep up! I have a habit of counting my skips to sort of turn it into a game, like "40 skips in 30 second whoo!" and today I managed to do 1,555 skips! I remember when I started, just 200 killed my legs, so this is quite the progress! I've started feeling energised, lost 3 pounds, and feel happier in general. Thanks guys! #dothething
@@surbhiyadav4461 I don't think it's necessary, it's more about the intensity you bring and all these different exercises help with that. It's also fun to have the variety. Pretty sure this channel has tutorials on these exercises if you wanna learn them.

I can't praise these guys enough. I started jump rope April 2020 when Yoga class shut down due to lockdown. As exercise was always my thing, I was desperate to find something to replace my 3 times a week hot yoga classes and I found this!! I did my research, bought RX Smart Gear ropes (I'd like to try crossrope at one point) and started every day. Damn, it did make me lose weight quickly. Not only the session is good but these guys are inspiring and motivating. This is now my everyday exercise and is very manageable even at busy times. So thank you guys, I am enjoying this!!!

Been doing this workout for a week now and got the Mi Band 5 to track myself. It has a jump rope function which is pretty sick; hitting around 400 calories and 2800 jumps. Dope workout!
I’ve been able to stick to this better than the gym, now to tune in on my diet! I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up, this taught me discipline! Jumping 6x a week
Garnet XV for real man, I enjoy jumping rope and it’s helping me on my run. I did .25 mile sprints and was able to get to a 4:36 mile pace of course I could only hold that for a quarter mile lol

This was sooo good!! I alternated with my quarter-pound and half-pound ropes. Am working my way up to my one pound rope!!

Been doing this workout for a week now and got the Mi Band 5 to track myself. It has a jump rope function which is pretty sick; hitting around 400 calories and 2800 jumps. Dope workout!

I’ve been able to stick to this better than the gym, now to tune in on my diet! I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up, this taught me discipline! Jumping 6x a week
Matthew Rivas I’ve been jumping 5x a week and doing active recovery on weekends. I go on a walk on Saturdays. Doing the thing, works!!!
Garnet XV for real man, I enjoy jumping rope and it’s helping me on my run. I did .25 mile sprints and was able to get to a 4:36 mile pace of course I could only hold that for a quarter mile lol
Hey jump rope dudes I am having some trouble with the calf muscles hurting atm. Should I take 1or2 days to recover from jump rope & do other exercises without jump rope in the mean time?
let that body recover! get some stretches in and then ease back in (read: shorter, less intense sessions).
Let that body adjust!

Day7: couldnt count
Day8: Couldnt count but it has gotten mch easier now!
Day9: Done! Btw i wont be counting calories anymore:(

Day11: completed
Day12: done, my calves are hurting from 3 days now tho
Day13: done
Day14: rest day
Day15-19: done
Day20: rest day
Day21: done
Day22: rest day
Day23: done, i did 5 mins more
Day24-25: done
Day26-29: missed but did other workouts
Day30: done!!
I completed the 30 days 30 mins challenge!!
As for the results, i hv not lost any weight but I can see a small tiny change in my body, not just physically but also mentally

The first jrd workout i did, i couldnt do ten minutes. Managed this 30 min hell today and also slipped in many double unders. You guys are awesome 😍
