The big kits the flashy kits, the cages of cymbals, the air brushing kits. All those hitters came in the 80s. Today's drummrrs are weak and nothing to what the 80s did to drumming. I'm sticking with this.....

He came from the drum beats of Buddy Rich, Neil Pearl and Michael Portnoy... Becoming his own and in his mid-20s already deserves to be counted on one hand among the very best. If he learns to handle a much more complex percussion set like Neil or Michael then he could join the top three. That's my math on it
