idk why but my chatterino lags when chat is super fast. like right now xqc has 112k viewers and what my chatterino does is shows full page of messages and then pushes them up and stops, and it does that on repeat. i dont know why it stops. show messages > push those up and pulls new ones, stops, pushes them up and agian pulls new and stop, and keeps doing that all time....... in every other slower chat it works fine, its going message by message.... do you know how to fix this?
To chat during the pause I believe you have to be either a VIP or mod. You have to send your messages while the chat is moving in order for your messages to register. Chatterino helps in that it's honest with you when you are successful and chat scrolls more smoothly also, which might make it easier.
If you completely replace normal chat with Chatterino, no. But if you do it like me (where Chatterino is placed on top of the normal Twitch chat), you will get channel points and get the benefits of Chatterino
@@Danieldrd Can you not open multiple splits if you do replace normal twitch chat rather than using the application always on top? Also, how do you enable 7TV to chatterino
A pop up chat window is fine to use too, as long you install the necessary extensions (obviously not a big deal but still) but you could run into issues if you want to send messages in chat, because it will look like your messages send in fast chats when they do not really. There are also the additional features Chatterino offers as explained in the video (at no extra cost) but if you just want to *look* at chat, the default Twitch chat pop out is completely fine of course

i think that's completely normal with chat that has a lot fo viewers. messages come in waves
