My grandma was prescribed a pint a day to wash out kidney stones. This lady was absolutely right that at her age she needs to be more conscious about her health, and drink a pint a day to prevent kidney stones. It was a bit unusual that she had it for breakfast, but for this show you'd need an unusual twist so that people can question its truth value. I was absolutely convinced that she was telling the truth.

Depends on the size of the can, but yes a 500 ml can of lager is closer to a pint, then again she could spread that can over 2 breakfasts.
