What I find interesting about these Brydon rounds is that the teams rarely go with the same decision as each other, they always go the opposite, so one of them is guaranteed a point.

Before everyone gets mad at Rob. Rob spent Catherine’s dinner money on sweets. Catherine’s dad was the owner of a sweets factory. So really, there’s a good chance that Rob just gave Catherine’s dad the dinner money back lol.

'fun fact', dogs and chocolate, sort of an "age old tale of danger" and so forth, well, cocoa powder (pure 100% chocolate) would contain about 1.5 grams of Theobromine, though often less than that in processed goods containing chocolate, say for example with the widely favoured "milk chocolate" containing 30% cocoa/chocolate, 100 grams of milk chocolate would in total contain around 450mg of theobromine.
Now, Dogs. Bodyweight is the key factor between a ...brown flood (euphemism) and real issues.
Dogs would start to show mild signs of theobromine toxicity at 20mg per kg of weight, this would be vomiting, diarrhea (afformentioned, ehum) and excess thirst (polydipsia),
if we take a golden retriever as an example dog, and say it's weight is about 30kg, that would mean that while showing mild signs of theobromine toxicity, it could consume an entire 100gram bar of milk chocolate doing so, without actually (in most cases) being in any real danger!.
All this said, don't give your pet chocolate, let alone eat too much of it yourself.

I assumed the sponge stick was a lie as soon as he read the card, before he unwrapped it, purely because the card *didn't* say "This was an invention I *was* planning to bring to market until I revealed it, un-patented, on national television"
