Princess Sultana is lovely - so fluffy~ Lucy I work a lot on the computer (still working from home) could you make a video for those of us who still are working from home and need help with our hands/shoulders/neck area - it gets very tight after 8 hours of computer work. I have done a 15 and 20 minutes walking workout and after all of the 5 minutes ones (except the morning, evening and seated). My watch is telling me I have worked out for 2 hours and burnt 800 calories.
I have a question... the quad stretch.. unfortunately I can not get my very curvy thighs behind me to grab my foot.. What can I do instead?
