    As your qualified online trainer, I have created this easy-to-follow daily full-body stretch. This will help improve the flexibility in your muscles, as well as helping your mobility and posture.

    These 5 minute workouts are EXCELLENT for travel as they don’t take much time, require no equipment, use very little space, and you don’t have to get down on a mucky hotel room floor to do it. Thank you, Lucy! 👍🏻

    Princess Sultana is lovely - so fluffy~ Lucy I work a lot on the computer (still working from home) could you make a video for those of us who still are working from home and need help with our hands/shoulders/neck area - it gets very tight after 8 hours of computer work. Thank you ~ you’re the best~

    I'm 64xand have been suffering with stiffness in the mornings and if I'm sat for too long. I've been doing the stretch daily for only 3 days and am already noticing a massive difference

    I have done a 15 and 20 minutes walking workout and after all of the 5 minutes ones (except the morning, evening and seated). My watch is telling me I have worked out for 2 hours and burnt 800 calories.
