Alison, my late Boss, Kenny Rogers' former wife Marianne Gordon of HEE HAW fame, was Sharon Tate's best friend. She was supposed to be there that infamous night. When the TV mini series Helter Skelter aired in 1976 we all (with the band) watched it in the lounge dressing room at Harrah's Reno!
Tangent question for Alison or any other local historians - in Sunset Boulevard (1950) there's a shot of William Holden's Plymouth driving past a Sunset Bl street sign without any block numbers on it. Would that have been removed or mocked up for the movie or did LA not have them until later?
Excellent report as usual. Cheers
Thanks for sharing this! I love the work of both Scott and Alison! So much history....
Good job Alison.
So glad I got to go there and take two of the tours before it closed down.
I really love your segments on Spectrum. I look forward to them. And your website is great.
Glad you like them!
In 1995, my family took the "Graveline Tour".

This is AWESOME! I believe this would make a "GREAT FILLER" around Halloween, because of the Lagosi/Dracula connection!
Awesome. I thought Scott closed DDT during the pandemic.
Sadly, he did. We filmed this 2 years ago. I’ve just decided to upload all of my reports. Both current and older.
