The melodies of some video game songs, especially those that originated on early, primitive hardware, have such clear and instantly recognisable melodies. This makes a fair few of them perfect for big-band-conversion, and the brilliant execution here makes this album an absolute banger. That Yoshi song is absolutely ballin'.
High school band director here. If you make these arrangements available for purchase you will sell more charts than Gordon Goodwin. We easily have a dozen Goodwin charts in our library and would purchase yours as well. The students are desperate for this stuff! Congrats.
There might be some licensing difficulties, but if they could somehow (miracle of miracles!) make these available for purchase I'm sure there would be MANY takers.

That was absolutely great! I mean top notch! Especially enjoyed the mambo! Was a fun take. As an arranger, I was really curious to see how y’all would take each piece and they all worked! The only one that started a little hesitant was lonely star (from one of my favorite games). But by the end I was sold! Great work guys and gals and so much fun! Made my weekend folding clothes the highlight of the day lol. Keep it up!
This is fire!!!! 5, 10, 2, and 3 are my fave tracks! That mambo is the coolest! I can see y’all doing a Star Power Merengue en fuego as a follow-up to the Mambo. Simply amazing overall!
