- A great weekend at the camp, trapping wild Louisiana pigs and cooking ducks. I show setting the pig trap, seasoning, stuffing, and cooking some Teal. I show a little footage from the Teal hunt. We enjoyed a great meal and the following morning we checked the trap and caught a few pigs.

Ryan’s roots are in the Pacific Northwest, actually. Mine are in Mississippi. We met in Arkansas, though, so we claim Arkansas as home. But home is wherever the Army sends us. 🙂
Now I'm starving!

Howdy from the Texas Hillcountry! Another great video sir! I am currently grilling up redfish in the half shell seasoned with lemon pepper and a generous amount of KFRED kajun seasoning. I think I’m ready to order some more. I’ve been using it on eggs for breakfast and it is AWESOME
Thank you so much Robin. That makes me so happy to hear that! I appreciate the support.Yeah that redfish on the half shell is delicious.
Always enjoy you videos. Looking forward to seeing that pig in the microwave!
Thanks for watching!
FYI: Pig skin (with some inner fat, shaved from the outside hair bristles, cut into 1/2" strips and salt-rubbed and deep fried) makes for a crispy snack - commercially sold as bacon puffs.
Dang Mr. Kendall that looks real good. I can almost smell it. I miss down home cookin and home. If I ever get back home can I look y’all up? Your friend Dan missing home.
Lol! Thanks Daniel! I appreciate the support brother.
Still lovin the cooking, man.

Man like always great video bro from Brownsville Texas Juan Carlos Lopez God bless you and your family. (You should of made the video longer)
Those ducks will become very tough in Textra
Always Siri your meat fried off-season
At your vegetables on top of your meat so that your vegetables do not cook away
After water just filled up to the height of your meet so that not to boil causing the meat to become tough chewy
Reduce your fire with a low simmer
For a speedy tenderizing of your
The longer the searing processed the shorter the simmering process
🧅🫑 Maybe added mother second time the first batch will be melted into the sauce causing a flavor explosion deelishis
Mr. Channel excellent job A-Plus for effort
Love everything about you and love watching you perform Less - Eat😋🧂
Thanks Les! I appreciate you watching.
Yes sir, country living at its best. Never had teal but I know that was tasty just looking at how tender it was. You won't find that in any restaurants that's for sure.
Well thank you! I appreciate you watching!
I would love to have some of your homemade deer sausage all the way from Houston Texas I can smell it now
It’s some good stuff! Thanks for watching Roger.
Wondering if you guys ever think about composing the remains, it will make good soil for the environment, takes roughly 3 weeks to fully decompose a hog. Bones should make good use of calcium. Other than that good content.
Have you ever considered doing a video catching and cooking rattle snake? Would love to see how it’s done
I have cooked and eaten rattlesnake before, it taste like chicken!🤣May have to do that one. Thanks for watching!
Yum
