The Corvette Z06 is a better choice than the Mustang. Remember, the Mustang competes and compares to the Camaro. The Vette is a step up from both. Just look at the handling, uniqueness, the fiberglass, the depreciation rates. The Vette will hold it's value much better, in most cases.

It'll be kinda just the point a to b car. Im just doing heads n cam if I do get the z06. Gotta figure a way to let wifey know lol next step.

Yea man I changed all my lights c8 style fronts, infirai infinity tails, cf front splitter and zr1 spoiler, max din screen, mgw short shifter, glass roof, zo6 wheels some other stuff , NPP exhaust with mild to wild kit, all black, ceramic coat. People don't even know what car it is they think it's new. Love it.. unbelievable car

Sure the z06 is nice and all but the motor reacts horrible to boost, and if you boost the mustang you’re going to beat the c6. The price difference between the z06 vs a gen 3 could get u a whole boost kit lol
You don’t need boost with a LS7 it’s 427 cubic inches. My naturally aspirate C6 Z06 LS7 engine is 750HP by Texas speed. The ZO6 is much more aerodynamic than any mustang so at high speed it takes the mustang unless it’s a 1000 HP. And i’m not even going to mention handling and braking. Corvettes and mustangs are not in the same class Chief.

I own a C7 and a GEN 2 S550. I feel the Vette handling is overrated. I can drive my Mustang faster on high paced mtn runs than the Vette. Both great cars tho.
@@sulkmahidonkeydek3424 C7 is around 3300 lbs. Maybe 3350. My S550 is probably 3800+ with the blower sitting up front. The C7 also shows faster lap times at VIR than the C6Z but tire tech probably helped in that area.

Far as na it's a fucking 7 liter engine in a 3200 lbs car I'd hope it can beat a 5 liter engine in a 3800 lbs car lol. I like mustangs and vettes but the mustang wins in alot of ways. They aren't even supposed to compare anyways.

For god sake man, RPM is the way to go, pick stage 3 or 4! LS7’s are their bread n butter. So what they are on the East coast, who cares. Fran will tune your platform solid. And they don’t BS on the rwhp #’s.

I loved my C6 with the LS2. The transmission was in the back. It was a very balanced car.
The transmission is located in the rear of every C5, C6 and C7 Corvette. Just make sure you get the Manual Transmission!

How can you compare tone when your exhaust setup is still stock? Once you do headers and exhaust, then you can compare the tone.
I’ve heard so many and driven vettes with full exhaust setups already to be able to say which i like better.
