She's telling the truth! LOL! I'm a 2L and last Christmas I went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life!! Between the sitting, computer screen reading and that HEAVY BACK PACK!!! Awwww man! Great video! 😃
That Sunday School Girl thank you! omg thank goodness someone gets me with this! I feel like my backs going to have such issues later on :( the struggles
So I had some neck issues from school and was constantly in pain for about 9 months. My doctor recommend elevating books up to eye level. I bough a 20 dollar cookbook stand from Barnes and Nobel and it's a game changer. My doctor said that she had those issues in med school. An ergonomically correct chair can also make a world of difference.
First of all your skin is butter like omg YAS Second, your thing about the neck is truth. I have a friend who went to Boston law and finished, but had been hunched over studying so much that he severely damaged his back. It was so bad that he couldn't lay down flat and sleep at night for more than a couple hours at a time. He ended up not being able to get a job as a lawyer because of his back issues for YEARS after he graduated. So he worked in the restaurant that he worked at during college instead of working at a law firm. He is just now overcoming all of the pain and issues he is experienced with his back from hunching over in law school, and is finally working in law. JUST A SCARY STORY FOR ALL YALL HUNCHERS!
Why thank you! :D oh my goodness I didn't realise it could be that bad. That's awful. I'm really glad that he's back to it. I wish the University warned us. Having a bad back is really really awful and makes it hard to concentrate. Thanks for sharing the story! I feel like people definitely needed to hear this :(
Totally agree also my back is killing me and oh the readings and also the writing style just like oh year you need to write a legal memo. And all that fun stuff.
Love this video how you explain what it looks like to be a law student !!! Keep doing your great work and I love your intro at the beginning of each video :)
Easiest way to do law is figure out the elements you need for a certain thing. Take torts you have the 3 basic elements or criminal law you have all the elements in the statute or take NZ judicial review were you have 3 grounds. All you then have to do is firstly find sub elements and just link the cases to the elements. Hands down the easiest way you firstly drill in all the elements you have to run through and then secondly know how the cases apply to the aspect of the law you are studying.
Hi, I am enjoying your content and delivery. What would your opinion be on doing a law degree for someone who is 45 years old and a single dad? I have been pondering the idea for a year now and have enquired about the online Law degrees with Southern Cross University and The University of New England. SCU does a 3-year degree while the UNE does a 4-year degree. I am currently in a custody battle for my kids with the final hearing in Mid November, and a decision a few weeks later. I obviously really want to have the kids living with me, with this I am despondent on doing a law degree while parenting them as I will have only between 9 and 3 Monday to Friday to read and do exams, etc. Thank you for your time Regards Jay
hi :) no it's not. My class mates have ranged from 18-50. Some are doing it because they want to move up in their career, others because they want to be a lawyer. it's all about hard work and looking for ways to standout (e.g internships, high grades, competitions ect)
The first year you're kind of lost, until someday it clicks! Then you start to understand how all the concepts integrate.
María Isabel Ortiz that is so true!! Xxx

Investing in your 20's absolutely Not
I’d say it might be too young
