Each piece has its own feel and sound, but at the same time you get the wonderful liefmotifs running through making continuity and almost a story in itself... perfect for a cinematic track to go to the theoretical movie. I can't deny it, every time the 'Atlantis' theme comes up in one form or another I grin, and it also doesn't hurt it goes from a mysterious teasing thing at the earlier tracks, to something grandiose when you get to Atlantis, but with those ominous undertones...
Those ominous undertones are well noticeable from the beginning of game I think, something magical and mysterious, something hidden, and something dark, which getting darker and darker as you progress in the game. I'm happy to know it's well preserved in this score 😊
What a brilliant interpretation... You really have a gift. Congratulations and many thanks for bringing us a dream lots of us surely have had always. PS: you made my hairs stand up to the end at the whole minute 3, specially at 3:26
Oh my Atlantian Gods! Thank you! I have some adlib sound files from the game that someone put online but they exclude all the "musical sound effects" such as the Indy falling jingle, the ghost prop disintegrates, and this whole thing. I know a few songs in this game are used more than once(such as the beginning of this one sounding like the subway to Atlantis in the wits path, or the one where the paths split after finding the book) I'm personally surprised(and happy) that the rumbling at the beginning is included. I know I keep saying this, but I'm glad you included everything, and I love this orchestral version of the soundtrack, and hopefully I can figure out how to get all the files from the CD-Rom at some point, cause I like that version too
@@NISSIMKHALIFACOMPOSER I had no choice but to use this expression! 😅 You are doing some amazing work here, can't stress this enough! Could you eventually, as an extra, edit a one hour loop of this theme? ;-)
@@N7SargeI totally got it 😆thanks again for all your kind words. about a one hour loop, I don't know, somehow it doesn't seem right, for me it's like taking a Beethoven piece, or even the Descent into mystery by Elfman and loop it. They're both gems, and music like that usually builds up and looping it wouldn't do it justice.
@@NISSIMKHALIFACOMPOSER Fair enough, spoken like a true musician! I see your point. I mean, I could just click on 'repeat' anyway. :-) We're coming close to the finale! One more question: What do you think of the score of Monkey Island 2? 😉

I've been waiting for the lava maze bit - it's my favourite part of the whole FOA soundtrack - and I am not disappointed. Bravo. :)
Thanks 😊please share.
I'm impressed you got the Inner Ring music at the beginning to sound not just coherent but appealing too! The Lava Maze was wonderful!
Using the Hulking Machine and the Inner Ring music was a must, glad you liked it 😊

Thanks 😊I really loved working on this score, and especially this track since I planned it some months ago and finally, I got to it.

The Ghost Prop Disintegrates was challenging to arrange, and my favorite arrangement 😊
Wonderful, just wonderful! The lava maze is so incredible! Still giving me so many chills! 🤩
The Lava Maze giving you chills, so hell is finally frozen 😆😉

@@N7Sarge Maybe there's a way to repeat a specific segment from the track 😊 about Monkey Island 2, you mean the score in general or the remake?
I can feel this place, awesome! :)
Thanks Nur 😉

@@Matzeschloe Sophia? Is that you?
Sounds fantastic! Is it a real orchestra?
Unfortunately no, but it IS traditionally scored, so, it could be performed at any given time with a real orchestra.
OP, Are you related to Mia Khalifa?
@@L2GB No, and also not to Wiz Khalifa 😂
