Actually, that was what he INTENDED to say, but the final pronounciation sounds rather like "springen" = "jumping" or "jump" in German.
As stated in the clip's introduction, I have marked that mispronounciation in order to point out that slight inaccuracy.

After a few decades I finally understood what one of the German soldiers was saying in the scene, which was translated in this video with "This is a robbery!"
I am from Germany myself and always heard "Das ist ein Überfall!" ("This is a robbery!") which never made sense.

As a German, I have to say that unfortunately you can usually hear when the actors are not native speakers. Oddly enough, this happens in many major Hollywood films. The German dub smoothed over some of those lines and improved them. For example "Den Kübelwagen springen!" (lit. "Jump the Kübelwagen", not with the meaning of "Jump OVER the Kübelwagen", but sheer nonsense instead) became the much more sensible "Den Kübelwagen absprengen!" (Blow the Kübelwagen off), as it's stuck on their turret.
"Was wichtiges, mein Herr." became the much more formal "Ein Eiltelegramm aus Berlin, mein Herr!", "An urgent telegram from Berlin, Sir!".
The lady behind the fireplace was not redubbed, but I've always thought she pronounces "Alarm" on the wrong syllable", the first instead of the second "a".
On the dirigible, the Sturmbannführer and his lackey climb aboard with "Noch nicht losfliegen! Wir kommen an Bord!" (Don't lift off yet, we're boarding!) and Indy asks everyone for their "Flugschein" instead of their "Fahrschein", as a Fahrschein is used for train voyages and public transport. Vogel also responds to Indy's request with "Quatsch!" ("Rubbish!") instead of "Weg!".
Periscope guy like fireplace lady wasn't redubbed because he's the only one to deliver his line naturally and without an accent.

This is brilliant. If you're interested, I suggest watching the same clips from the Italian dubbed version of the movie: they had many of the German lines (not all) re-recorded in German by the Italian actors, and in my opinion they do a much better job than the American actors, especially with "du wirst nochmal hören von mir!" and "Bringt den Schatz!"
I'd love to hear your opinion on that.

@@Daniel4646 I found the zeppelin scene (just copy and paste that in a youtube URL because youtube is icky with links):
      watch?v=9-mnGu3koFQ
I think most of Vogel's dialogue aboard the zeppelin is the same as the original version, but the sentence he screams after being thrown out is absolutely re-recorded. Indy's dialogue is the Italian voice actor throughout, even when he speaks German.
Here you can listen to the entire movie in audio format for the blind:
      watch?v=w3fjleAqI8o
at 1 hour 11 minutes 28 seconds is the scene with the treasure chest in the Sultan's palace. I always felt that the American actor mispronounces it as "bring day Schatz" but the italian voice actor clearly says "bringt den Schatz" correctly.
      What do you think?
I can help with time codes if you want to find the other clips as well.

@@Ghost_Of_SAS Definetly better, but only marginally - in pronounciation, at least. The original grammar mistakes from the English script have been retained. For instance, Vogel's final sentence in correct German would be structured "Du wirst nochmal von mir hören" instead of "Du wirst nochmal hören von mir".
