Love your videos and your reference to Pauly in prison slicing the garlic from Goodfellas. Still haven't brought myself to Pauly's cooking level. I'm Plant Based Whole Foods, no SOS (salt, oil, sugar) for 10 years now. My BP used to be about 160/90 when I was an unhealthy vegetarian. After going plant based, it rarely goes over 85/50, heart rate 62. I'm 70 but exercise daily which also makes a huge difference as you've pointed out. I feel so much better since I ditched the dairy and processed food. You have a great energy level, are informative and funny! I look forward you watching your videos!
Many years ago I went to a "Vegan Festival". 😂 I was interested in recipes & expanding my diet to include more healthy foods. Well, it's as Dr. Story says. I quickly learned it was an activist lifestyle we were talking about - not food. I found the fake meat and cheese products to be quite amusing. But I digress. There were cooking classes offered. I was excited and I went to one. 😂😂 Can you guess? It was a class about making candies & cookies & other sweet things. So now you know why there are overweight and undernourished vegans. 😂 As for me, I steadfastly remain an omnivore. ❤
## Variety is best, but here’s a list …………….. Tofu Edamame Lentil Beans Beets Yeast Hemp Seeds Green Peas Quinoa Soy Soy Milk Oats Wild Rice Chia Seeds All Nuts All Vegetables --------------------------- You’re right! That certainly is quite some variety! Thank you!

Nice unbiased and informative video. I'm vegan myself and it's empowering understanding that good health is not restricted to omnivorism. Thanks!
