My flacid length is anywhere from 1 inch to 4 inches, then grows to almost 6 inches.

Thank you for this video. I am a grower. When erect I'm average length, about 6 inches. But flaccid it's very small, about 2 inches. So in the locker room I always felt self-conscious about it. I've gotten used to it so it doesn't matter now, but seeing that most guys were not as small as me flaccid did make me feel uncomfortable when I was young. I would even show my girlfriends how much it would grow from flacid to fully erect and they would be surprised. Oh well. Just adding to the conversation. I think a lot of men feel embarrassed when they are a grower vs a shower and I know I was but as I got older I realized many showers really did not have big ones when erect vs growers that where bigger and thicker when erect. So if you are a grower be happy knowing you are more than likely to be bigger than the showers that like to show off.
Everyday life is much easier being a grower.

I grew up terribly self consious about my penis size when flacid. This was mainly an issue if showering in male showers and some could be quite mean with their comments (early school years). I never had an issue around the ladies as I was erect and it was above average length. I never knew there was such a thing as a shower/grower distinction until my late fifties! Suffice to say I never had any complaints from the ladies and have two kids to prove all was well :)

Perhaps such causes physiological changes such as muscle contraction and other ; perhaps one's personality and temperament causes physiological changes and why few it seems may tend towards one or the other is because one's personality tends towards something and for many perhaps rarely changes.

I think I tripped on this video just in time and thank you for this. I never thought in a million years a woman would talk about this with a straight face so on that much respect!. I mean dam I remember going to a hospital when I was barely in my twenties almost knocked out and hearing a doctor say poor guy was not blessed while putting a catheter in me then hearing the nurse laugh. When I woke up my brain was a little under stress. Now in my late 40's I am going into surgery for my knee and after watching this I think you have rested my soul a little bit. I remember when I was young as well and already had what appeared to be ed.But a nurse filled me in and said it was mental probably for many reasons.I believe she was right considering all the hoops dudes gotta jump through these days over time it does take a toll on ones mental state. Especially when I have to hear women say what is that? my ex was as big a red bull can limp and thats not really a turn on!. So these days I just stopped dating,sex,pretty much all of it.I was raised in a family that believed in marriage and love for me at age 46 I have seen none of that and it just got old. When I look back though I do remember a few girls nicknaming me turtle and say dam you always surprise me but I was pretty young then.Anyways thanks for resting the old mind a little.

Yea ive always been grower not a shower. As a teen i was embarrassed untill i became active and i had a reputation from going from bruce banner to hulk smash or wreck it Ralp. @@klouisville8760 A lot of that depends on the degree of attraction to your partner. Being married and faithful to the same woman for 30 years can become a little mundane. It’s just natural.

Just to add to the discussion as well, I would be curious to see a study done about how happiness affects erections, because for me personally, when I'm depressed, my erections are a full quarter smaller than when I'm happy, all other factors being the same. It would open up a lot of questions about the relationship between happiness and body positivity and vice versa, that's for sure

Higher testosterone may be the cause of your better mood and erection. Cortisol the stress hormone suppresses testosterone.

Ive had this issue recently, im not sure if its a mental thing but thats my best guess. Because im young, and in good shape. But my head to head connection if you will has been a bit shaky recently. I can get hard no problem, but not fully. Even during sex, and during sex i lose even more erection if im in control. Hopefully its just a mental thing ill get past, because its affecting my sex life and drive atm

growing up I used to get picked on and beated up and such which made my mental health WAY worse than it aleready was being a lonely guy with no friends as a teenager .. what made it worse was the beatings I survived was kicks, punches, stomps to groin area while also beated my face in black and blue ... what I am worried about would be .. could a injury from those times make my "friend" un able to grow futher during end of my teen years and early 20s ? cause I used to me a bit bigger from photographic memory when holding it in my hand as example

At 55, and a grower, is using a vac pump to increase size worth the efforts? Did get one compliment on thickness but that woman had not experienced me prior to using the pump. Short term usages seem to appear larger but not sure if there will be good long term effects. (yes I did watch the video here on this topic)

I’ve noticed that when I lose all my weight and get my 8 pack abs, It’s true, eating healthy and weight control gives you a lot of benefits to knowing how you hang. In hot, or hot humid weather is better for a natural hang compared to winter where you don’t. It’s like, hey! where did my friend go? 🤔

It's funny - as a grower I once read that the normal growth of someone like that is like 1 or 2 times it's flaccid length. I was quite confused as I measured myself both times and it grew like 10+ times in length and almost 3 times in girth... that's not a flex as I am quite average down there at max. but its still pretty funny.

I think the best thing you can get from Dr. Rena Malik's video's is that you need to learn to have confidence in your self. Everybody is different and there is no one best person out there. I watch her videos out of pure interest in the world of people's sexual psychology toward themselves. If what you are seeking is better sex for your partner or your self, learn to be confident with what you have. You can't nor shouldn't try to change that. Each and every one of us is great

I'm 50, always have been a grower, and when not excited, I almost have a 2nd bellybutton, I lol at that too, I have been overweight most of my life, I have cut almost 1/3 my weight in the last 5 years, and to complete the thought, I grow as a very nice surprise. So I go from almost a inney to just shy of of 6" and thick as a womans wrist. So being a grower has never been a issue to me. Dont be ashamed of your package guys. Most women are happy you show up for the party.
As a grower, with a very significant difference, I've put quite a bit of thought in this. After all, thought experiment is the first step in a hypothosis. I've spoken to a few male friends about it, and while the sample size is only about a dozen, I have found some commonalities. The guys I asked that had genetic heratige to warm climates (Mediterranean, African, Iberian, Persian) tended to be "shower"s. Guys who called back to mostly cold climates (Russian, Scandanavian, Polish, Northern North American Natives) were universally "grower"s. The first thought I have is that natural selection may have played a part (sperm heat death vs. frostbite) and secondly, I realized just how diverse the group of geeks is that I hang out with. Small sample size, under hearsay protacols, but, maybe food for thought. Needless to say, I fall into the north climate group.
That all makes great sense. In cold weather and especially cold water things tend to shrink back up inside.
