Hey babe !! I’m so proud of you for being in the gym so consistently!!! Just a little tip for RDL’s, you want to push your hips back like you are closing a door with your butt. Mainly using your back can cause injury and I don’t want that for anyone ❤️❤️❤️ keep up the good work!

Typically I use a white sweet potato - mash it up and mix in choice of milk (any kind works), vanilla extract and cinnamon. It's very similar to mixing oatmeal and I top it with whatever fruits, cacao and/or coconut! I've even added vanilla protein powder to the potatoes and that is great as well.
What do you prioritize most in your morning routine? Alone time, breakfast, gym session, skincare? 👀
