I took an old spice jar and add the hydro peroxide to it...I clean the nozzle with soap and water and then store it in the spice jar until my next enema. I replace the jar mix every 2 weeks or so. I found a flexi 4 foot long brush for drinking water back pack tubes and brush out the silicone tube every 2 weeks... but normally only do boiling water and soap after each use. I really love the tube brush... it cleans it really good and extends the tube life quite a bit. ❤

Thanks for the video, just got done following this to a T. Funnily enough, I had purchased the exact same hydrogen peroxide earlier today before I saw this. & then I already had some of the exact same branded soap in my shower.. So I was stoked haha.

I have a couple long plastic containers that I put the attachments including the tubes in after doing an enema, and I use grapefruit seed extract to help disinfect because that's what I saw on another video. I don't have that hydrogen peroxide like you have, and the stuff I have that I bought from the drugstore is probably expired by now. But I have white vinegar, though. But it's such a gosh darn hassle at the time, and I was wondering if there was an easier way to clean it than I was doing because I'm so afraid anything's going to touch it afterwards, even bumping it against my door or something after I've cleaned it. After cleaning the tubes, I would hang them over this hanger I attached to the top of my bedroom door with a towel under it, but if it touches the wall or slips on the ground, I have to start over And after a while I'm just like "screw it!" That's about where I am right now, and I just wasn't sure how to clean it _(again!)_ and keep it clean until the next time I'm ready for it!
White vinegar with some hot/boiling water is fine also ☺️ let it run through the tube then hang to dry. Don’t stress too much about it bumping against the wall etc. No biggie 🙃

You can use a plastic one 😊
Does the boiling water need to be filtered or can I just used boiled normal water?
Use filtered water that has just been warmed up on the stove in a pot. Boiling normal water doesn’t remove the fluoride which is extremely toxic.
@@OliviaBudgen Can i just use a kettle? Or is there a reason for the stove?
@@catashtrophe0 kettle is fine too 🙃

Will doing enemas daily make me reliant on them ??
I did them daily for many years and didn’t become reliant. You just need to ensure you’re doing them for the right reason, to assist with detoxification, while also supporting the practice and your body by eating a fresh whole food diet 🙂
@@OliviaBudgen thank you for your response 😀 I really appreciate the response
@@OliviaBudgen What was the reason you did them daily ?
@@alycia1236 chronic constipation and chronic fatigue.
How to clean an enema bag
I would use the same process as cleaning a bucket.
Hi. I was looking online for a enema kit . Thanks to you . A minute ago I didn't even know what enema was and then I looked it up and became enlightened of the tremendous benefits. There were two kinds of kits. One with a douchebag and other the kind of you have. Which one is better and why?
Kushagra Get the larger one...the small one isnt suitable if you want to clean your colon. Watch markus rothkranz enema...and youll c y.
Isaiah Levinus yeah , that's the only video I watched and he usethe douchebag one . And here is see the one with a container. That's why I got confused
Hi 😊 I'm so happy you've enjoyed being introduced to the enema and how it can possibly benefit your health. One is not better than the other, they are just different. I prefer the stainless steel bucket because first of all it's stainless steel, so it's more hygienic. Second I find it easier to fill up and clean. I hope that helps!
Olivia Budgen ok. Thanks. That will suffice .

this is too hard
