HOW TO HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES Hello Olivia, thanks for the video, very nicely put together. May I suggest that instead of using room temperature water, you try 102-104 Fahrenheit. The cooler room temperature water causes spasms. Also cover yourself with a throw blanket, avoid drafts to your tommy and the rest of your body too. In the beginning I used to put a hot water bottle on my belly to relax the muscles.Turn on a favorite video to distract your mind. Our bodies are accustomed to pushing things out of the colon, you must now train it to receive the enema from a different direction. Make the pad you will lay down on really attractive. No one wants to lay down on the bathroom floor, so if it’s not really attractive you won’t be able to hold for long. Make it soft and padded, cover with a favorite towel, a pillow with a nice pillow case, then put a doggy training pad to help protect from accidents. In the beginning expect some accidents. No harm done, it will just mean you will have an extra clean bathroom. Today I am on the Gerson Therapy doing 3-4 coffee enemas a day and I wish I had had someone to give me these tips way back when I first started juicing and fasting.

Jo Simoes, good luck with Gerson Therapy! While I was not the one who had to be on that diet, I have learned a lot about it and have changed many of my habits. My best friend was accepted to the clinic in Tijuana and learned a ton. She was lucky to have a large support system to help her with this diet, as it consumed her whole day. I hope you have the same. Good luck with your journey!

I’ve been doing coffee enemas for 8 years for healing purposes; the first 2 and a half years twice a day. Now I do them 1 to 2 times a week. Enemas can be complicated...I do them in the shower with hot water spraying over me which is good just in case of an accident which doesn’t happen but maybe 3 times in 8 years and over 1000 enemas. When I had a tub i filled the water as hot as I could stand it, filled half way - as the toxins are being released from my liver and gallbladder the hot water would soothe my tummy same as the hot shower water. My coffee is between 103 - 110 degrees and I use 2-3 cups, max of 4 cups. To cool the coffee I use ice cubes (all water used is filtered). I roast my own coffee beans and grind them. I can’t provide everything I do but maybe someday I will make my own video too. Dr. Max Gerson recommends laying on you right side since this is where the liver is. Great video! Do not use coffee is you’ve ever had chemo..use chamomile tea. Blessings!

I introduced my wife to coffee enemas about 10 years ago , and I remember helping prepare everything and massaging her belly during the coffee cleansing.
In my perfect world, I would have a friend or partner or both , who was as interested and excited about sharing coffee enemas , natural remedies and cuddling as I am .
The coffee can and has been an addictive thing for me , and may be a replacement for my lack of physical touch and affection.
If there was a conscious community centered around physical closeness and deep emotional healing and preparing the freshest food and sharing meals together, I would love to be living in that space soon .

Thank you Olivia. Well presented and informative, like all your Vlogs. I have read the following guidance in several medical journals.
"Lying on the left side eases the passage and flow of fluid into the rectum. Gravity and the anatomical structure of the sigmoid colon also suggest that this will aid enema distribution and retention."
(Nursing Times) Lying on the right side can also push stomach acid up into the oesophagus.

@@OliviaBudgen Hi Olivia! One question, how long should you hold a water enema? I'm dealing with chronic constipation, pretty desperate and don't want to rely on laxatives to have a bowel movement. So I wanted to know if doing plain warm distilled water enemas at home is safe long term, like 3 times a week or so. And how long should you hold, 5 minutes? Thank you so much this video is amazing.

@@ashara_rhaenys hello 👋🏻 I know exactly how you feel 😩 chronic constipation is the worst! I was in the exact same situation as you, and enemas were absolutely life saving 🙏🏻 Yes warm water enemas are safe to do long term. 3 times a week is fantastic, particularly in the beginning. You may only be able to hold an enema for 1-2 minutes when you first start, as you are so blocked up. There aren’t any strict rules. Do what feels good for you. Keep me updated 😊

Thank you for the video. You appear very healthy and your skin looks great.
I would suggest to people that they increase their consumption of whole plant foods (whole grains, beans,
vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds) as they have healthy fiber in them--and greatly decrease any processed and
fast foods you are eating, as well as reduce the amount of animal products you consume. Animal products
of all kinds lack fiber (meat, dairy, eggs, fishes, etcetera) and lead to constipation among other issues. I have
been a whole food ethical vegan for 20+ years. I am amazed at how many humans are constipated and the
first thing to improve is their diet by eating more plants (and drink enough healthy water). cheers.

Thank you for doing this video! I have been hearing a lot about coffee enemas, Dr. Mindy Pelz is a fan of using them for detoxing. Do the coffee enemas detox, your body more than the water enemas do? I’ve never tried an enema before, and I think I would start with water anyhow.
Do you think I would be able to run the same day I do an enema without any issues?

    • @OliviaBudgen
      @OliviaBudgen  11 месяцев назад +1

You’re welcome. Thank you for commenting 😍 Water enemas are much more gentle compared to coffee enemas. I don’t recommend coffee enemas as they can be very aggressive and stimulating for most people. If someone is relatively healthy with strong adrenals and nervous system, they might be okay with coffee ones, but a lot of people struggling with symptoms don’t feel good after coffee enemas. I personally get heart palpitations and feel very irritable afterwards. I’d suggest starting with water ☺️ Enemas generally help people feel more vibrant and energised afterwards, but if you have a lot of toxins in your gut, you may feel tired afterwards as things are moved around and out. Do one and see how you feel.

Hey, superb video! I watched it yesterday at around 4:24PM and i quickly made the decision to do it because the website I wanted to order would bring it by tomorrow until 4:30PM. So just in time I completed it at 4:29 and today it came by the mail! Anyways so as soon as it got here I did it and let me tell you this was more than I could every dream of it being like I knew before hand the feeling I could expect and this just did it! Instantly removed a big energetic parasite I could feel emotionally and it immediately clicked about how that took form in my mind. Felt the whole day as if I could feel again fron my soul, and very transparantly also in the whole energy environment around me. SO HAPPY I DID THIS. I will try it again immediately tomorrow morning when I wake up thats hoe excited I feel about this. I used to suffer from fecal incontinence due to my MS disability, which is extremely distressful while trying to be productive at work. After regular enema routines in mornings, I can say that such 'accidents' are a thing of the past. I am completely confident that I can leave home to do real work and not have to cut the day short because of I wasn't able to 'hold it in'. @@OliviaBudgen I brought it same day as this video but I waited until I was ready. I used it yesterday for the first time.THANK YOU FOR THIS! BEST THING I EVER DID. YOU WANTED ME TO LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WORKED OUT FOR ME HERE'S MY REVIEW :THIS CHANGED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE TRAUMA THAT HAPPENED WITH ALL THE BAD COLONOSCOPIES DRINKING SALINE SOLUTION AND VOMITING AND COLONICS THAT CAUSE ME TO HAVE SEVERE HEMORRHOIDS BLEEDING PAIN AND NO HEALING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND PASSING OUT. I am no longer afraid of the toilet anymore my relationship has changed with my own body in the bathroom. I now I feel comfortable and I'm excited to try again for his second time in a 2days. This will now be a part of my weekly schedule along with magnesium salt baths for healing and relaxation of my body. It really helps ease pain and exhaustion and induce healing .God bless you!🙏😇😇😇😇💗💗💗💗💗

hello Olivia, thank you for your prompt reply, I've never done it before, but after listening to your video, I realized this is something I need to do..I eat way more healthy than most people, and I fast from time to time, but I think enemas are the missing link in my health regimen..thanks again...jack

Hi Olivia! Thank you for your video, it was super informative and enjoyable to watch. I will be purchasing an enema kit and will be trying myself. I've had colonics before but have anyways been a bit scared to do enemas on myself. Can't wait to try! Ladie x

Olivia, Thanks so much for the informative video. It explained some things Ive been having issues with. I am drinking a flush concoction with psyllum husk, charcoal, colon cleanse, spirulina, chia seeds, and bentonite clay. Im drinking this 2 or 3 times a day and doing enemas at least once a day. Any idea how long it might take til the old mucoid plaque arrives?
