    Thank you for this video!! I have suffered from severe opioid induced constipation for many many painful years! Several years ago I needed lower lumbar surgery due to Severe Spinal Stenosis. The surgery was a failure and left me in immense pain which ultimately resulted in my doctor prescribing opiates as a final attempt to alleviate some of the pain. Well lo and behold, and please take note anyone who’s reading this none of my back pain was coming from any messed up nerves or weird bones come to find out in the end I had severely impacted bowels due to the opioid use, which I was unaware causes severe constipation and intern impacted bowels long story short two days ago I came across your video and I tried everything step-by-step and my back pain is now completely gone after the third use never has anything else made the pain go away even a little but now it’s completely gone so anyone out there who’s suffering from compacted bowels that’s why you’re back is hurting. That’s why your sciatica is killing you. It’s not because your nerves and your back are messed up. It’s because you have so much shit inside of you pardon my French that it’s pressing on the nerves that help you go to the bathroom and therefore it’s all staying inside and stuck because it’s pinching the nerve that tells your bowels and your urethra to let go and release the waist. This is for me a miracle and I just wanted to take a second to say thank you for reminding me of the fact that there are such things as Coffee enemas because I’ve tried everything that you can imagine milk of magnesia suppositorieslike fleet enemas everything even pills nothing worked, but this did and I am grateful for this video and for you thank you young lady for so perfectly explaining the process in making one feel very comfortable about trying this out. It’s changed my life.

    I must say, that since I watched your videos, as a newbie, It was easy taking your advice to set up an operation that works well for me. I decided to not do this on the floor, so with my supplies order from Azn, I bought a single size air mattress and and a pkg of 3 inflatable pillows. I made a platform over the bathtub, that allows me be up higher off the floor and to employ various positions for this procedure. It's really close to the toilet, which is a complete blessing, upon several occasions. I can't imagine trying to get off the floor to race to the bathroom. Gawd! that would be a complete disaster. On my third week, of a daily 5 week routine. I actually love it. Making coffee, and clean up is fast and easy. The best part, is that my health has improved, I feel more vibrant, energized and happy. My liver bile ducks got unplugged, so no more itchy blister leg rashes. You seem to be a very nice, pleasant young lady that likes helping people. I thank you very much for that. I am graciously giving you, 10 of the most beautiful shiny gold stars.

But i am a vigorous survivor and clearing myself out on my schedule, no accidents and very easy. btw, I would like to share a suggestion. After a couple months I started to use my therapeutic infrared light and while I was holding the coffee in my colon I put the the infrared light on my belly and it deeply relaxes the whole body and intestines. Since then the detox went deeper and even I started to use the infrared the smell of liquid coming out was extremely intense (nasty) and felt that the cleanse was much deeper then before. Sorry for the details.

      @@lori-annefournier1256 If that happens, there's a possibility that you have insufficient stomach acid. Bile, which is alkaline, neutralizes the acidic digested food from the stomach. The coffee enema dilates the bile duct allowing more bile to flow. If you have insufficient stomach acid (which is extremely common), the food contents will end up too alkaline and move too slowly through the bowel, which is constipation. Look into taking betain HCl to increase the acidity of your stomach acid. Coffee enemas typically do wonders for diarrhea issues, but in this case, it may have helped you to diagnose a stomach acid insufficiency.

    In my understandings based on the nurses claims I have read in some comment section from the other coffee enema video, they say when administering an enema to quickly goes up to your colon, you should lay down on your left side.
    After the coffee enema solution drained in the enema bag, you should lay on your right side and hold it for 10-15 mins bc the liver is our target which is placed on the right side of our digestive system. 😊

    • @crystalm4324
      @crystalm4324 7 месяцев назад

      You know that it’s physiologically impossible for an enema to back flow its way into your liver…. right??
      That doing so would mean actual feces travelling backwards through your digestive tract to your stomach where the sludge would have to be reabsorbed into your bloodstream for your liver to strain through, your gallbladder would squeeze a little go juice back in the stomach and presumably press the rear ejection feature.
      😂 I joke with you, but you’d be surprised what some people might believe from your statement.

    I've been doing organic coffee enemas twice a month (every 2 weeks) for over a year. The warmer the better to help break down and rinse junk in the colon that needs to come out. I haven't measured my rinse fluid but it's probably around 106 F, the same as a standard hot tub. Below 98 F and the cold cramps are the damn worse! 😂 Hold it for 12 to 15 minutes. Shake and move and rest in different positions to help break up the colon debris so it comes out better. I do them strictly to cleanse out the colon, but apparently they're good for the liver also.
    Enemas take some getting used to, and determination. Deep breathing when the cramps come is KEY, and not cringing and freaking out when you'll get cramps holding it. The cramps are normal.
    After I'm done, I always feel a little violated yet appreciative to be free of it! 😆
    Do yourself a favor and buy the stainless steel can enema for best results and easy cleaning/drying. Do them before 10am on an empty stomach, having nothing but a glass or two of water beforehand. This way you won't be kept up to 1am on the caffeine buzz.
    If you want specific guidance just ask. Not gonna waste my time typing otherwise. It's simple overall.

    Hello dearest, my mother gave me the enema twice a week and always on a weekday, never on weekends or on a public holiday midweek. At exactly 4pm, she would take the same old aluminum pot and fill it with water. She then placed it on one of the 4 gas burners in the kitchen. As soon as the water boiled, she poured in a generous dose of Cirio white wine vinegar. After a few minutes, she turned off the fire and carried the old pot into the bathroom, placing it on top of the Candy washing machine. She then took one of the natural rubber pears from Cip di Lesmo (a company founded by Mr. Baldioli) and after having emptied it of the air, she immersed it in the pan, with the cannula pointing towards the bottom. She then sat down and waited until the pear (or the first pear, in case she decided to give me the three-pear enema that day) was filled. She generally used the larger pears, in particular the two 1250 ml pears. My mother used a small tub located under the top shelf of the washing machine as a hiding place for the pears, a tub that I never understood what it was for. This upper floor was hinged at the rear to allow access to the small basin. Question: Do you know any mother who gave her son or daughter a white wine vinegar enema?

      I've done 500+ coffee enemas. And I sometimes have digestive issues. I find that if your bowels don't move as freely as you'd like and you would like to do coffee enemas, try doing water enemas using the same apparatus as in the video. This will flush you out. Sometimes I add one tbsp of apple cider vinegar but just plain distilled water is fine too. For example, today I am administering a water enema to clean myself out BEFORE doing a coffee enema. They are great for two different purposes. One flushes out your colon and the other is a liver detox.
      OH! Almost forgot. If you use a large volume enema like this is, and you're only using water to help move things out, you don't hold it more than 2-3 minutes. You don't retain it like you would a CE.

      Depending on type of strainer it'll filter all of the coffee bits out the finer the strainer mesh the less likely any bits will go through it also depends on how fine the coffee has been ground even finely coffee grounds are still quite sharp that's why people use it as a exfoliant aswell so having any bits left inside or getting inside you can cause all sorts or complications as it only takes one knick and you could end up with a perforated bowel which can only be fixed with surgery and if not fixed can cause sepsis

I would prefer to do my enema late morning or early afternoon so that I’m not up all night, as I have heard it keeps some people awake. what side do you lie on when doing the enema? each side or just the left or right? Also to clarify, hold in the coffee on the first release for 15 minutes and then go thru complete bag without interruption until complete?

    I’m not a coffee drinker as I find the caffeine is too much for me but I do fine with energy drinks and tea. Is this going to make me feel how caffeine from coffee would when/ during/ after doing this at all or does it not work this way? Thanks in advanced to anyone that can answer this question.

      Probably no where near as much caffeine gets absorbed, like it would when the equivalent amount of coffee (2 tablespoons ground and extracted) passes through the entire digestive system.

    I have well water as well, does it matter where I live? Or can I just boil the water as you do? I'm so confused about the water situation. Also I buy water for drinking purposes and is getting expensive to use it for enemas.

    Do you keep the bag closed when you hang it or only use one hole to hang it. I notice it was only one you had it in and if so does the water come out faster? Thanks

    You should only be using distilled water. Ground water is ‘hard’ water and full of inorganic minerals. The Gerson therapy only recommends distilled water which is ‘soft’ for this very reason. Reverse osmosis is the next best option if you can’t find or make distilled. It’s what is called “low tds water.” Tds meaning total dissolved solids measured in parts per million. Distilled water measures at 0 parts per million. It’s as pure H2O as you can get.

      What’s the diff between distilled and filtered is that the same?

    • @Perry1769
      @Perry1769 4 года назад +1

      @@liliacollins8811 it’s essentially what is considered ‘low tds water’ or low in total dissolved solids measured in parts per million. Distilled water is 99.9999% pure. 0 parts per million. Ground water and mineral water all have inorganic elements suspended within them. You’re drinking rock dust essentially. Distill a gallon of ground water and see the residue left over in a water distiller. Or boil a pot of water and evaporate all of the hard water and see the residue that remains. Distilled water will leave none of this residue because it is clean and pure. Kidney dialysis machines use distilled water precisely for this reason. Your body can not assimilate inorganic rock dust. Only organic elements coming from living fruits and veggies. Plants are able to utilize these inorganic elements and make them organic in the process. Plants are our go between for these vitamins and minerals. Drinking water for minerals is foolish and it doesn’t work. Water is supposed to be pure Hydrogen and oxygen (H2O) and nothing else. This purity is what allows distilled water to pull the bad stuff out of the body that isn’t supposed to be there. It cleanses you. Man or woman is only as old as their arteries
