How about some Dracula themed potions?
The shape of the white rubber cork had a different shape than the back one and the back one suited the neck of the glass bottle better. 🧚 enjoyed watching the video again, Thank you. 🤩
Wow that is a gorgeous potion. I love the glow first off it just looks like it has a beautiful magical glow. The colors are my favorite color combo of like a blue teal aqua ish color mixed with the purple is just perfect. Then the purple shimmer of the mica powder is like the sparkle of jewels. The chain with the crystals and butterfly is just perfect. Very beautiful. Thank you for doing a fairy potion love your creativity. Great job. 😀❤️
Yay! I’m glad you like it! 🧚💜
Beautiful project!
So cute!!! I just live the creativity and branching out to other themes/fandoms.
Beautiful!!! Love it
You are truly a master at your craft. The potion is a beauty, it just captures the eye. Love it! One small question… do you use the distilled water because you make a lot of potions? Can I just use alcohol? I make a few here and there and was wondering if that’s ok or does it affect the look? Thank you for your tutorials.
You can definitely use all alcohol. I made this one with distilled water and a tiny bit of alcohol because I’ve had people ask if they can do that. 😊
Thank you! You’ve been an inspiration
So Pretty, you could put this bottle next to your Glittering Pixie Dust Bottle !

Definitely!
Hi, your videos inspired me so much that I started potion making. I bought the same mica powder you’re recommending, used destilled water and isopropyl alcohol. Maybe two weeks after making them, the mica powder in the potions started forming clumps. It doesn’t matter how long I shake them up, it won’t go away. Some clump more, some less. Do you have any idea why this happened? Did it happen to you before?
@@jacky9447 hmmm that’s weird, that has not happened to me. The only time I’ve heard of that happening is if people use too much glycerin. But it shouldn’t have happened with the alcohol and water. I honestly don’t know why that’s happening 😕
@@CookingandCraftChick thank you for the answer! I guess I’ll try the next ones and hope it doesn’t happen again 😊
What do you do with the extra mica powder liquid you have left over when you make to much (as you did this time)...do you save it for another project or do you have to throw it away 🤔
@@territimmons8482 I make another one to sell 😁
Can you add multiple mica powders for multiple shifts, or will that muddy the results?
@@LishNess1 you can do more than one to achieve a color but it won’t give you multiple shifts necessarily
@CookingandCraftChick okay thanks!
Well, this potion is really "charming" ^.^ Il looks like it is made of luminescent liquid. Very nice potion!
Beautiful potion. Question: how to you swap out your wax from your glue gun?? Or is that not a thing? Thanks!
@@brynnbruijn-hansen8287 you can, but you’ll waste a lot transitioning it to the other one. So I own LOTS of glue guns. lol 😂
Just started watching your videos, where did you get the little spoons you use for the mica powder? Love all the Harry Potter stuff 😁
@@danibecca8121 I got them from Amazon here is a link 😊
Double Ended Laboratory Spoons: amzn.to/3y7iu8p
Thank you so much 😊
Why the distilled water? Does minerals & such in water affect it a certain way? Completely new here & know nothing about these things :) greetings from Sweden
Distilled water is ideal for when purity is important. Things can grow in straight tap water etc over time. The distilled water helps keep it “pure”. Checkout my tips and tricks video where I go over why I use what I use. 😊
ruclips.net/video/_blpHmSHt1c/видео.html
@@CookingandCraftChick at first I thought it was just boiled water but read it dosnt get rid of everything like minerals, didnt know it still wasnt "pure" fully so to say. Thank you for letting me know :)
@@CamillaDrakenborg no problem 😉
@@CookingandCraftChick Im having trouble finding distilled Water. Is there a chance boiled Water + alcohol make a good work?
@@myrellaoliveira2600 that should work too.
Hi there. Nice video 😊 where can we buy these bottles? Or what size are these?
@@danielaeinfachich3827 I purchased this bottle from hobby lobby but Michael’s sells a similar one too. This particular bottle is 4.56”x1.88”
is it ok if i use liquid resin colour drops?
@@Scyllar94 it should be fine but I’ve never tried it. I would test it first in a smaller bottle first to be sure.
If I want to make these and mostly use alcohol do I need to waterproof the natural corks? I have many tiny bottles but none of them have rubber corks.
@@leafy4142 yes you should. It’ll help with evaporation
@@CookingandCraftChick Thank you for replying. What should I use for waterproofing?
@@leafy4142 I like to brush e6000 waterproof glue on them and then let them dry completely before using them.
May I use your labels on gifts to give to friends at Halloween?
@@lmannix yes you definitely can!
@@lmannix you definitely can! 😊
Could you/ have you made the water of life from Dune part 2? I’d love to make one for a friend but I’m not sure how to go about making the bottle for a friend.
@@ehhbepbepbepp I haven’t, and I haven’t seen Dune 2 yet, I’ll have to check it out.
Can you use plastic bottles
@@ddel792 yes, I would just recommend using distilled water and glycerin versus the alcohol.
From the thumbnail I thought the video was about Absinthe.
A fantasy absinthe label would be awesome!
You could also put this bottle with your bottle of fairy wings.
