Privet brat, You are right, I did something similar but it all depends on the situation for mine i just straightened it too, for others when it is broken they might need it for contact.. But i must say I am so so grateful i saw this video big ups @carvlog
Listen! I’m soooo grateful for your help! Thank you!!! Everyone was trying to help, I even bought a new cf card and landed on your video, looked inside and sure enough a pin was bent over! While trying to delicately straighten it, I broke it but I did just what you said and YESSSS!!! Truly appreciate your help. 🥰
CANNON EOS flashes a "Err CF" on screen. What does that mean? please help. I recently bought new card from Lexar professional. 32GB 160 MB/s When inserted it flashed the above error. I have looked in book. not found. I was using a SAN DISK EXTREME 120 MB/s 32 GB. what changed? it fits, but does not work.
Yes! great vid. Love your accent. Having this issue but the card is reading fine on the camera but encountering an error during upload. Any tips? really want this footage its extra, thank you sir!
HI WERE U able to solve because there is a program to rescue that it is called DATA RECOVERY SOFTWARE on ebay I used it and was able to rescue all my lost footage from a broken memory cards it is from www.lc-tech.com
Just straighten the bent pin/pins, it's not that hard, and takes no longer than the wire trick, plus I wouldn't be poking foreign pieces of metal in my expensive camera!
Sono disperato perchè la mia Canon mi da sempre l'errore 99. Il tuo video è molto chiaro. Ora cercherò di fare ciò che mi hai insegnato nel video. Speriamo bene. Ti farò sapere. da Genova, Italia saluti
Sorry pal, but this is not great advice. Just get a small screwdriver (a tiny long one) and unbend the pin. That's what I've done to my 5D mk4.
Some of them are completely gone and you won't be able to unbend

It is actual a broken pin inside your camera

OK
they already tried that and did not work until they find this idea works
Yeah I’m trying to do that but it’s hard to make the wire perfectly straight
@pawegawrysiak3046 hi , u do not need it to be straight, try to use the wire which is used to tie the electric wires like tv cable or earphones
Great idea thanks
thank you
What if you want to put your sims card in a computer adaptor after ?
I suggest use the usb connection instead of removing the card from the camera every time
@@nuramoboy doesn’t it takes more time to do it ?
This is not the proper way to do that.
Helped for a quick gix
