You couldn’t build a dino pen on the metal ocean platform because you can’t build down walls more than 2-3 tiles down off a foundation at the top, so the walls won’t reach below the platform.
It's crazy how syntac has stuck to this game for this long. I remember back when he was still new at the game, and I'd watch him to learn how to play ark. He'd tame a carno and it was a huge deal. He also had a quetzal colored yellow and named zapdos. Look at us now lol
24:45 the Megalodons in Ark are actually realistically sized next to their real life counterparts, possibly even bigger. It’s just the most other creatures are scaled up by a far greater amount.
We know that creatures in ark are so big But they don't look like if they are when you are playing the game So increasing the megalodon size is so easier and better than making all the other creatures smaller
when you were clearing the area before taming the tuso, hop off the mosa for 2 seconds, that'll aggro all the anglers/eels etc onto you and you can just sit and bitespam them down, saving the finnickyness of chasing down and trying to land hits on them with the mosa.
Since you often wonder if you got mutations or how good the stats are and don't want to use a mod, why not use an external program like Ark smart breeding etc? It shows you all you need for breeding and does not affect the server at all. Otherwise keep up the good work, i especially love your MP videos :)

Syntac..building walls downwards from the platform does work, but you can only go 3 walls down and place a ceiling 2 walls down to close it off. Really wish it was different but that's just how it is

I don't play w/foundation support off so I can't say for you, but you can only build 3 walls down from the metal ocean platform (ceilings 3 down if you build off ramps).
Things to note: Even though the tuso is fed in increments of 50, if you have a 100 stack in your hotbar it will only take 50, leaving you with 50 for the next feeding A pegomastax does not get instakilled by the euthanasia gun AI controlled mosas are horrendous to use in the ocean biome, as they get stuck in literally every bubble there is. For fighting they seem to usually be slightly better than tusos in DPS, but I have yet to do a proper test against moeder with just mosas vs just tusos. A ridden tuso does a lot more dmg than a ridden mosa tho, especially since tusos a re a lot more manueverable
Took me about 3 hours to get 5 Mosas to the boss entrance last night. They kept getting stuck on rocks or caught in bubbles, hella annoying. Next time its cryopod or 1 at a time 🙈
I never used the word "vader", I always used the word "papa" that's equivalent to dad or daddy. Vader is a word you don't really hear so many these days. It's also considered more formal then the word papa. And I agree. Vader (pronounced like Darth Vader), sounds way better. Keep up the good content!

Usually I only breed one perfect dino do use, but now in Genesis I allways beed much more, because even the fully imprinted ones die so fast against X-creatures.

Bring an imprinted bary and two imprinted megalodons, they've helped me kill the creatures behind me I can't usually attack.
Whales are perfect for the hunting missions. They have good health and if you pump melee enough hey can work in a group.
