When it comes to 50/50 you cant get any better than Lachlan Giles and Ryan Hall. I'd recommend getting both instructionals and merging the concepts together. Ryan Hall has a very MMA fight based approach which can also be used in standard grappling. Having both is invaluable.
Hey , lucky . Just a little detail on knee-bars ( which I Love). If you grab the toes instead of the heel when you answer the phone .It stops your Uke's ability to turn the opposite direction better . Just FYI ,something Dean Lister taught me . Great setup . TTYL .
