It is one of the most relaxing RPGs to come out in full version this year. The cut scenes are so over the top, it adds a uniqueness and charm and the devs are super welcoming to feedback :)

I have a PC, but this is a game I want to play laying bed or at the beach. I can take some performance issues. The demo was a total blast for me, so I'll buy based on that.
I think there is a memory leakage problem on the switch. On longer dives you seem to have a large chance of having an error shutdown that loses you all the progress of that run.
It does feel like they could spend time designing better onboarding and tutorials during gameplay. It's not polished. And the Switch load times are long enough for a pee break. That said, it's totally worth it and very addicting.
You’ll be waiting a while given the switch version was announced at launch and only just released and the last time a team member commented on the other console releases was a few weeks ago and it was a: Don’t rule it out in the future, but right now they’re are no plans for it. Which essentially reads as unless Microsoft or Sony reach out and offer us a load of support to bring it to their consoles it ain’t happening.
This game is great, played the demo then pre-ordered. Played an hour before work this morning and I can't wait to play all weekend!!! Loading times are besides the not explaining the menus better pretty much my only gripes.
My thing is if you can get any game on next gen console, go for that. I keep my switch for nintendo exlcusive titles and things that I cannot play on next gen consoles.

They fix the framerate? I downloaded the demo earlier on and and it felt like it was running at sub 30 and the input lag was intense. Already bought it on PC but if it runs like that I'll just play it on my Steam deck
I remember playing the demo, and despite the idea being sound, I found the controls were too… rigid and like there was lag (with button presses). It’s been a while so I can’t completely explain examples, but it felt bad. And I think one of my load times was nearly 30s. Recorded a clip and it just barely fit. That was like 1/3 or 1/2 the time I spent diving. Way too annoying to put up with. I’m guessing you can extend your dive time as you progress, but that probably takes a fair amount of time to upgrade.

I downloaded the demo the day it dropped and pre-ordered the full game once I beat the demo (the same day). The hype for this game is not overblown

The gaming loop is really addictive

Ofcourse it is. It was Day 1 purchase for me after watching some streamers play it on PC

nah , i prefer the handheld for indies. The switch is the go-to for all games apart from those exclusive to others,
