Hi, what do you think about vibration from 50 to 100 Hz for stroke recovery? Thanks a lot
I actually don't know a lot about vibration therapy after stroke or if there's any good evidence for it. Maybe that's something to look into! How do you see vibration therapy being used? For improved sensation?

Certain issue I’m having with most arm related exercises is keeping my elbow to my side when punches or other similar movements. For ex: as I start my affected arm punching, my arm will raise at the elbow thus creating a strange arm motion. What can I do to help control this..?
Thanks
It's hard for me to make recommendations without actually seeing you. It sounds like you may be experiencing something called synergistic movement patterns, where, for example, as you raise your arm, your elbow also bends.
A good place to start might be watching yourself in a mirror and trying to be really intentional to see if you can reduce the level of movement. If you still have access to therapy, I highly recommend you ask a therapist that can see you in person and do a physical assessment to give you individualized recommendations!
Many thanks…. I’ll take this issue to my current therapist
Where are you located at Elyse?
