Ride your story. Ride safe.
Yes, this is a bit of a plug for Yamaha's new XSRs, but as it features some excellent friends of ours from previous stories on the channel, we couldn't help but post this video. Enjoy!
Kudos to you guys for showing these bikes through a different lens; through the lens of people that grew up with the "originals" and actually have a connection to these new retros. Definitely not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate what Yamaha are trying to do here.
Yes……Hell Yes ….It takes me back. Been riding since I was 7. I still ride at age 62…..love he video, love the scenery, love the sound track. and drool over the bikes. Great job.
Trust Cam to tell an absolutely unique story. What a take to have Vintage/Classic heads ride Modern Classics. So lovely!
I love this. I had a XS650 build in 1981. Now i have an XSR900 4 years now its still so much fun i can't imagine selling it ever.
The retro colour schemes of these are awesome.
I remember at school during the six week school holidays when 8 of the fizzy riders moved up to the RD250LC (very quick/very light).
In that 6 week period 7 of them were dead.
Chilling reality. Crazy daze.
In a world of transformers-looking bikes, it's great to see there's still some market for us classic looking bike lovers, great video!!
Nice Work, great to see you back again, great shots and nice story, might pop out to check these bikes out. 🤔
Long time no see 🖤
Always a delight to watch stories of bike!
Total fan of the XSR models but prefer the 700 over the 900. That V-Twin esque sound of the CP2 and slimmer front profile is just something else.
Thank you #StoriesofBike - we love the content and why we keep coming back!
The rest of the video is good. Please come ride with us in Colorado.
I remember these guys from some of the first stories of bikes episodes! Liked them then, still badass now!
Loved it. Thanks.
Such a joy watching your videos
Love Yamaha. The first two bikes I owned (that were not shared with my brothers) were Yamaha. I’ll go back. Love Yamaha.
Great video
I like it channell!!! Cool!!!! Thank you!
Brilliant ! ..Back on Top Form Camo ! :-)
Awesome vid.
So the story is that despite the modern periferal frame, 4 stroke engine, monoshock suspension, tft screen, and very differently shaped tank and panels there's a direct link beween the new XSR 900 and an RD because it's a Yamaha and they've painted some of them in old fashioned paint schemes , which don't actually fit the new shape tank very well. can't believe the line "they might look like the old bikes" 😎
Those Yamies are beauties... One day I'll buy one, one day...
Hey fan of ur content !! Where is that bridge by the way ?
Thank you! It's called the Sea Cliff Bridge in Coalcliff, NSW Australia.
Beautiful
That's me. 😻
Nice video as always.
But those bikes look Retro?
I guess it depends on our age, retro to me is pre 70's
The only xsr that nails the retro look is the 125 ! They look like the RD 350
Yamaha seem to have gotten the recipe right with these bikes....wish Suzuki would learn to cook...😒.....
A add for Yamaha
Correct.
After uploading 75 video's over the course of 9 years, each of them costing upwards of 30 hours of time to make for you to watch without spending a dime, are you okay with them earning a few bucks in the process?
Ever heard of BACKGROUND music?
great vid otherwise (just sitting here after with that glazed look .'Christ, another 5mins gone}
This may not be appreciated but sometimes your body position on the curves is wrong. Just sayin’.
IT DOES NOT LOOK RETRO!
