WE had a great time at PK's, Best FRIED FISH I had in LONG TIME! PK's Address: 909 West Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX PK's IG: instagram.com/pksmokehouse_soulfood/ Bobby's IG: instagram.com/thebobbysworld/
Thank you Danny and Bobby, this is Sara, the cashier at PK’S, we appreciate you both so much, and enjoyed having you at our restaurant. We hope that you all visit us again! Thank you so much.
Bobby is a great guest !!!!!! .While you are in Plano he should be your dining partner !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is not afraid of the camera and he presents the food and how he feels about it very well !!!!!!!!!!!!! Another very good video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
10???!!!! I have missed some vlogs, but I can't recall you ever giving a 10 to anything. Also, as a Southerner (Memphis), I can confirm that looks like real soul food.
I am from Virginia and we had a big garden with collards, corn, butter beans, green beans, ( snaps), sweet potatoes, white potatoes, patty pan and yellow crook neck squash, kale,Crowder peas English peas ,tomatoes, and green peppers and onions. I grew up eating, canning and freezing all these vegs. My Dad also hunted for rabbit, squirrel, deer, frog legs and quail.
WOW, that fish must have been amazing. Actually, it all looked really good (I am not a fan of collard greens, so I would pass on those) ... but everything else looked great. The owners seemed pretty awesome too, how nice that they came out to talk with you and bring you the ribs to try as well. Loved your review Danny, and Bobby's too. 👍
WOW!!! A 10. I can't remember you giving a 10 before. Danny, you had me laughing when you ate the collard greens. Add a bit of vinegar to the collard greens. Bobby you are a natural in front of the camera.
In Albany, Georgia you can get that meal for $20.00. The pork chop isn't dry though. Even their ox tails are $10 for 4-5 pieces and a couple of sides (plus cornbread of course). Soul food originated in the Deep South, mainly Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia, where there was a large population of enslaved peoples. The term soul food became popular in the 1960s and 1970s in the midst of the Black Power movement.
:) GO Danny! GLAD you got to try it! I remember my X Fiance took me to one in the hood in DFW, only if I behaved :) IT was GREAT! I also remember Eddy Cottons' on Cap Hill inn Seattle for a prok chop samich :) THANKS MUCH for sharing!
I love a good fried pork chop. We live in South Carolina. We have a lot of good soul food places here. Sometimes they just call them country cooking places. Thanks for the video. Your friend was a good co anchor on this video.
It’s quite odd you didn’t mention what type of fried fish you were enjoying, however I would assume it was catfish. Yes, indeed, Danny, that was very observant of you to determine that PK’s Smokehouse and Soul Food is a Black-owned business located in Plano, Texas.
Bobby is awesome. Very descriptive, and he compliments you on this video. But you surprised me with your choice of beverage. Fruit punch is a favorite beverage here in Hawaii..but usually for the youngsters. I love this Texas series.
I have been binge watching. Love your videos you are so funny i even have my husband watching you. Bobby was excellent also very handsome. Great job! Going to vegas on the 13th of dec. Will you b fe there?

Bring Bobby to a Chinese restaurant for salt & pepper pork chops so he can try Cantonese version of fried pork chops.
I love collard greens, I am growing them.

I love collard greens cooked with bacon and a little vinegar. Yummy
That was nice that the owner came out and gave you the ribs and talked on camera.

What a fun video! Bobby is doing a great job analyzing his food
Great video I love soulfood everything looks delicious
Food that doesn't taste that great:
Danny - add some salt
Bobby - add some hot sauce.
I love soul food ❤
Soul food is the best 😊
Bobby is awesome. Very descriptive, and he compliments you on this video. But you surprised me with your choice of beverage. Fruit punch is a favorite beverage here in Hawaii..but usually for the youngsters. I love this Texas series.
Bobby's answer to any problem...put hot sauce on it.
🤠🤠🤠❤❤❤
Being Soul food, the fish was probably fried catfish. If done properly hard to beat fried catfish.
Or whiting. I'm in Georgia though.
Looks good 10 guys
Danny your facial expressions says it all😂😂
Gota have some tartar sauce with your fish! Wow a 10 Danny must be excellent😂 😂
The greens should be eaten with cornbread. Get invited to a black barbecue 😂
I have been binge watching. Love your videos you are so funny i even have my husband watching you. Bobby was excellent also very handsome. Great job! Going to vegas on the 13th of dec. Will you b fe there?

Next time you try collard greens put some vinegar on them. Sets them off.

1:27 “Who doesn’t like Mac & Cheese?” Mr. Lactose Intolerant aka DTM 🦨👃☠️🪦
I will tell you the truth. I really like mac & cheese, but I will only eat it if I have no plans for the next two days.
