      Workout is very important during your weight loss journey 😊i did 2 hour exercise everyday but start from half hour oki just do zumba dance workout then also start including cardio , walk atleast 10 K steps per day if u cannot just at least increase your day to day activities ❤️ more over include green tea in your diet
      Also take black coffee with half lemon in morning with apple cider vinegar ❤️
      Drink atleast 3-4 L of water per day and eat healthy food having low calories and proper nutrition ❤️
      All the best ❤️
      These are some tips which will definitely help you

So trying to reduce at least 10 kilo..🥺..But my family won't let me do any types of diet..They think that I'm perfect the way i am now.but my lower belly ,thighs and arms look quite fat..So really depressed about it 🥲

    For the oats pancakes I added cinnamon ,hemp seeds and Chia seeds. Add soaked Chia seeds if u do not want to use eggs. Yeah. Great recipes. Appreciated.

      You can buy a kitchen weighing scale and weight and measure the calories accordingly. It would cost you around 300 INR. I personally use it and has been working fantastic for me.

    Good day to you
    With all due respects, there are some concerns in your informative video,
    General : Oats bran / rolled oats ae way better than instant oats in terms of fibre / protein contents
    01 Oats pancake : the cookware used is damaged non stick and is unhealthy for cooking...
    02 Oats paratta : the cookware used is a damaged non stick pan which is absolutely unhealthy for cooking (non stick cookware is unhealthy) + this dish consumes a lot of time
    03 Apple oatmeal : 5 min for this dish is exaggerated, it takes more time to make this dish + sugar & fats are not weight loss friendly items
    04 Oats idly : the concept is good, but sooji/yogurt/ghee are weight gain ingredients, just adding oats flour to a red rice idly batter is a healthier option,
    05 Oats smoothie : the best recipe in this lot + almonds should be peeled prior to use
    06 Oats Khichidi : Ghee is weight gain ingredient, this dish will consume time...
    07 Oats smoothie : This dish is repetitive, can make numerous variation of a smoothie
    08 Oats chilla : the damaged cookware is unhealthy + time consumed for making will be more + the chilla is burned and Its well known that burned foods cause cancer,
    09 Oats soup : need to avoid oil
    10 Oats banana : Peel off almonds prior to use
    I hope this information is taken as a healthy criticism, however, I apologize for any / all inconvenience.

    I don't know the reason but after I started eating oats in breakfast my weight started increasing rather than decreasing may be I was using different kind of oats , so kindly tell me which oats should be utilized .

    This one's a delicious and nutritious recipe! I enjoyed it I have been making masala oats for quite some time by using true elements masala rolled oats. You should also try it and I am sure you are going to love it as it is super delicious and protein-rich.
