    Couldn’t even do 30seconds at one point but now i can do 2minutes comfortably. Longer if i don’t pay attention to the numbers but i am most impressed by the effects in day to day life. Any book recommendations?

    Great tips! As AIDA instructor this is helpful as still there isn't a meticulous training approach in place in that system.

    I appreciate the tips. Twice I've passed out right around 4:50. Once in static and once in the pool. Does this mean it is the 3rd training I should work on? I just want to get that 5 min!

    you mentionned that 2 mn resting is a goot time but not a perfect one. so what is the perfect recovery time between breathes on table exercices (CO2 and O2)

    Thanks for your tips! I have a question. For the training of the first part of the breathold (breathold until first contraction), which time of rest do you recommend between breatholds?

    My max was 4 min and very difficult to improve ... with good preperation i deliver 3:30 to 3:45 , and one time 4 min.
