这个食谱是不需要鱼胶粉（吉利丁粉gelatin），南瓜的品种不同含水量也不同，主要是通过玉米淀粉和芝士片来凝固，可以多放请不要少放，不要轻易的改食谱，如果你没有称请看视频煮好出锅的那个浓度（视频2.08分），冷藏以后不能凝固说明玉米淀粉少了，下次记得放一些！
