Only reviewer mentioning screen cast 🔥 Also with the 405m the lower resolution helps with Aethersx2 and Dolphin - PAL roms and MMJR3 by Lumince runs SSBM real smooth.
I think the screencast is worth mentioning, I don't know why nobody tested it out :) and thanks for pointing out the lower resolution, pal rom opinion 😀
You don’t need screencast, if you have hdmi.
Lot's of audio hiss feedback. Other than that damn good job. The rp3 has become my fave. So Glad it's getting a update with the 4,hall sticks metal shell

To be fair, including the RP3+ metal variant would have been welcome competition for RG405M for the title of most premium device. Just saying kid. Agreed though. With the exception of the X28, any one of these fun little handhelds is a winner.

@@mikuhatsune4081 if you’re considering modifying your system, you should be aware Gamma OS works with both the RG405M and the RG505.
Reading the fine print, you’ll find it “Uses Retroid Pocket 3+ GPU Drivers for extra performance boost.” That’s because the RP 3+ received an official update, and the improved OS is included by default in the RP Flip.
That leaves the PK X28 as the sole T618 on the list without any OS upgrade available. 😢

@@mikuhatsune4081 you mean in performance or display quality? i heard it looks sharper but the colors and contrast are still weak i guess? display just looks so bad to me..
@@Mustis91 that depends on what you’re willing to put into them. Accessories like speakers/controllers/batteries can alleviate many of these issues. Of course, those accessories lower portability, which is one of the strongest perks at this price point.

i sent my 405m back today cause i really didn't like the weak contrast and color saturation on it. I just didnt enjoy playing on it .. but i already miss the metal body and form factor. it just feels so damn well in the hands and i dont know what to get now :(

This was a great video but next time I would say use the same song when you are doing the speaker comparisons. It makes it easier to compare the sound when it’s the same song.

The Flip is so cool. Of course the hinge on mine broke. I heard a Retroid representative say the new units have a 'better' hinge. Still I would avoid it.
I heard nothing happens even if you break the hinges, but I'm a bit worried about breaking it 😬 they should have the option to open it all the way. I'm a big fan of clamshell designs too 🙌🏼✨️

Very nice video but when testing the sound on the devices, please use the same song/game its not very useful to have different sounds its hard to compare
